We were able to find the right vehicle for us and settled on the Lexus. Price Quote Airport CDJ would not Honor - Jack1909
I asked for a price quote on December 5, 2016 for my Ram 8 speed transmission from Richard Romero. On March 23 I called Richard and confirmed the price and set the appointment for 7:00 March 24 after waiting for 2.5 hours Wilfrado the transmission tech came out and told me Richard quoted the wrong price and he was not allowed to work on my truck after I waited for 2.5 hours.
Originally I was quoted 339.95 in writing
Then Wilfredo told me it would be 990.35 the day of the appointment.
After I called Ram customer service they said they would lower the price to 792.28
More than double what they quoted. Ram customer service took the side of the dealer. I am very disappointed with Airport CDJ and Ram customer service. A quote is a binding contract what can you do when a dealership breaks a price quote contract because they gave the wrong price and would not preform the work unless I agreed to pay more than double. BUYER BEWARE WHEN AIRPORT QUOTES A PRICE IN WRITING THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR QUOTE. DISHONEST DEALER.
ALSO RAM CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD HAVE STEPPED UP AND MADE THEM HONOR THEIR QUOTE WHEN A DEALER DISREGARDS QUOTED PRICES TO CUSTOMERS AND RAM SUPPORTS THE DEALER OVER THE CUSTOMER, BUYER BEWARE, DISHONEST DEALER AND RAM
THIS WILL BE MY LAST RAM AND I HAVE PURCHASED $250,000 IN CARS AND TRUCKS OVER THE LAST 10 YEARS, FOR $600 THEY GAVE UP ALL FUTURE SALES.
On a previous visit my tailgate would fall down when I locked the door it even happened in front of Richard Romero he saw it but the manager would not replace the locking mechinisim in the tailgate
door at a cost of $95.00. I had to do the repair myself to fix the issue
Ram required 5w 30 on my first oil change, in the manual it clearly stated 5w 40, I argued with them for hours after eighteen months Ram sent out a service bulletin stating 5W 40 is the new required oil.
Ram forced the wrong oil on customers against their own service manual.
You must watch your dealers for oil changes to drain it properly for the eco diesel it requires 25 minutes for all the oil to get out look in your manual. My dealers oil change guys don't even know about it.
Ram and its dealers just don't care about the proper service and honesty to the customer. Ram has been the worst experience I have ever had.
I never know what to expect with every visit.

I'm going to try and be as fair as possible with this review. However, I won't return to have my vehicle serviced. On Thursday February 23, 2017, I took my Chrysler 300 in to have the transmission serviced and fog lamps repaired. They needed the car all day so I returned home by Uber. I had barely walked into the house when I received a call from the service writer with bad news. The mechanic damaged my door while putting it on the rack. How does that happen? How many times a day does he do that? So now my vehicle has to go to their body shop 25 miles away. They did provide a loaner, a Jeep Wrangler, but compared to my 300 it was a tank. On Tuesday the 28th, the service writer called to tell me my vehicle came back but he was not happy with the paint job so it would have to go back to the body shop. Incompetence#2! Now its Tuesday March 7th. I was told my vehicle would be ready that day. However, when it was returned to the dealer the fog lamps had not been repaired. I was, to say the least not happy. Bottom line, they damaged my vehicle which was as close to show room perfect as a car can be. Secondly, it took 12 days, plus 154 miles and a half tank of gas before I got it back. I really felt that due to my vehicle being damaged by them and all of my inconvenience they should not have charged me a dime. They did credit me for the fog lamp repair. But it still cost me $220 for the transmission service plus half tank of gas. I just spoke to the service manager before writing this and he refused to credit me for the transmission service. Needless to say I won't be going back.

That being said, I simply called with a price on a particular unit, they matched the price on a more expensive unit ( not sure they knew), after driving two hours i spent less than 45 minutes at the dealership. I want to start off by saying I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. We were not greeted when we walked in the parking lot but that's something that is an easy fix. Anyway, I would say this is the greatest dealership I have ever been to. Especially Lori Riedel. She is three weeks into the job but she is still learning. She is the most sweetest lady ever! She doesn't try to pressure you into anything, she is HONEST and REAL. I would highly recommend her and a lady named Ty. They are both really sweet. Don't get me wrong the whole staff there is the same way so again come get you a new car at this Mount Dora location. You will not be disappointed.

Went there looking to buy a specific used car. Like it and tried to work out a deal. They would only come off their price by $123. My wife talked to the used car manager. He was extremely rude and condescending. He rudely and loudly stated several times he would do nothing in regards to the price and he didn't care if we bought the vehicle or not. That there would be someone else who would buy it and pay full retail price. He was so belligerent towards my wife that we left with her in tears. I will never ever step foot on their property for the way they treated us and I will steer everyone clear of their that I can.
