NEW CAR PURCHASE - CHARGER2016
I had been contemplating leasing a new car and had been looking at the Dodge Chargers. I have owned a Jeep for the last 5 years and other SUVS prior to that. I was driving by Gator Dodge and decided to stop in and see what Chargers were available. I was had the pleasure of meeting Allen on the lot and he should me every available Charger on the lot and I kept coming back to the one that really wanted to test drive. We did the test drive and I loved it! I explained I had the Employee Pricing available to use for the lease/purchase. We discussed the monthly payment and I went home and thought about that night and called Allen back the following morning and I was taking the car home that night. I appreciated his patience with my back and forth decision on another Jeep or actually getting the car. He never made me feel pressured or that I was taking up to much of his time. The most important item is the price stayed the same! No surprises signing the paperwork! I will return to see Allen for any other car/Jeep purchase I make in the future.

We went to Central Florida Chrysler Jeep looking to trade my daughters old bug in. Gilbert was very patient with her and helped her find the right car and one she could afford. Great service, very timely. Would return. The only concern I have is when locking the door with key fob. If a door closes after car is locked, lock pops back up. Unaware until recently.

Went to this dealership to look at used vans. Was our first outing to look for this van. Never owned a Dodge before, but thankfully Dodge still has them. We were met as we pulled in to the parking lot by a salesman by the name of Walter Smith, about 9:30 a.m. and by about noon or so, we driving home in our Dodge van. My wife and I are very happy with the whole experience at the Boniface-Hiers Dealership and look forward to a lasting partnership between this dealership, my family, and my friends that I tell about.

Really poor experience with the service dept. Don't waste your time here people. I drove out of my way to this dealership for an advertisement they ran. BAIT and SWITCH!!! I can only imagine what sales is like if the service department is using tactics like this. They won't honor information and pricing from their own website. Then the excuse is "we can't honor a deal of we lose money and Chrysler does not reimburse us". Apparently, it's a much better business practice to loose customers who are loyal to the brand. Never again

They prey on widows. I went to the dealership because of their inventory. I told salesman I was recently widowed and that I was turning in my vw because of the buyback. I was concerned about being without a car for a few days and asked if they had loaners or could set up a rental for me. I was told they would hold a check up to a month knowing that the VW money for deposit was guarenteed. They put a one week hold on it and then took my plate away and made me call in daily and treated me like a criminal. The money arrived on the following Monday. I got my first bill and went to pay it and saw that the amount owed was too high, Yes it was 4.9 percent but they tacked on nearly 4,000 dollars for lending me money. I did not notice at time of sale because the stress of decision making was so difficult etc. Losing a husband aftern35 years is difficult, They even knew he was law enforcement. The salesman said he would protect me. NOT!!!!!!! So much for their professsional, customer service based image. Their free car washes will never add up to what they ripped me off for!!!!! Shame on this dealership. Please do not give them a cent of your money!
i came in for service on my 2013 challenger - just one
The sales man, Tom,. seemed honest and professional. There were two more people involved in the sale and they were up front and professional .I came in for service on my 2013 challenger and ended up buying a new 2016 challenger. I would say I felt good about the whole experience. No high pressure crap . I would recommend this dealership and their service department .

Me and my husband have went to Daytona Dodge twice since he's got his new truck. When we first got the truck they tried to get him with the pricing many times. They told him that they would take all of his after market parts off his old truck and put it on his new one, they only took off two parts, and then told him to change his exsuast himself in the Dodge parking lot, and he did. He has went back twice for his steering, saying they would make it straight, and it still is not. We were there for over 3 hours both times, and the day we got the truck we were there waiting for 7. They also made a dent in his hood when they switched the part over and then tried to say he hit something. I would not reccomend Daytona Dodge at all. They take very long and as you can see they dont care about their customers.

The staff at this dealership are always friendly and greet you with a smile. They have always went above and beyond to help my wife and I. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from this dealership and have found them honest and polite from start to finish. Our sales associate Tyanne made the time pass fast and was also helpful after the purchase by going over all the functions of the vehicle. When other dealerships say the deal is impossible, Advantage knows that it really means I'm possible.

Twice my wife and I attempted to bring our new 2016 jeep 4 door wrangler in for the 3000 mile service with advanced scheduled appointments. Both times we were refused our appointments due to lack of service staff or over booking, etc. We were told they are only taking customers in on a first come first serve basis. What a way to do business!
