My Review of Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram:
third visit for me for an oil change after buying my new Caliber in Oct 2010. Impressed to see the owner in the dealership every visit--including the sunday I bought my car! Excellent customer service. The kid that washed my Caliber even shaked my hand and thanked me for bringing my car in for service!

My Review of Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram:
The Service/customer service rep-AJ Looper was great, he was so professional, helpful and accommodating for the maintenance service that I was needing. I had forgotten on my arrival to ask about a small MNT repair service that I needed, but he was able to get it resolved for me by consulting with the Tech-(name unknown-but he was most helpful) and the Tech didn't mind taking care of the repair. This was my 2nd visit, and I really appreciate "good" service, professionalism, and a caring attitude. I don't mind driving the distance for good service. Thanks AJ!

Lake Norman Dodge's Service Dept is outstanding. The first employee who comes to mind is A J Looper is fabulous! He has always gone out of his way to make sure that we're taken care of, provides shuttle rides & is all smiles. You can tell he's dedicated to his work and the customer. Another employee is Terry. He's a very honest, humble person who explains mechanical's issues on the vehicles very thoroughly.

My Review of Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram:
I always go to Lake Norman Chrysler to get all services completed on my vehicles. When i come in for services, the first person I look for is AJ & if he is not around, I have no problem waiting for him to return. I trust him to get me in and our in a timely manner and he always comes through at every time. He doesnt try to sell me anything I know I do not need at the time and when I do need something extra, he explains to me why and takes me to my vehicle to show as to why I need that certain product. That right there is teriffic customer service. I highly recommend Lake Norman Chrysler for all serivce needs and I even recommend AJ more to address problems with your vehicle, because with him, you will get true honest customer service!
