He provided a good estimate for the cost and I was delighted that the final cost was well under what his initial estimate was. This service appointment was made at the last minute when the engine light came on. I was able to get the car in the shop in 30 minutes. Extensive work needed to be performed. Everything was done in 6 hours. Great service at a great price and completed quickly.

My Review of DARCARS Toyota of Frederick:
took corolla into shop to see what was wrong with the engine, was informed that to look at the car was $125, and I agreed. When I was informed that the engine issue was terminal the dealership waived the $125 fee. Knowing they were not going to receive and service $$ from me, they still waived the fee.

My Review of DARCARS Toyota of Frederick:
Due to my busy schedule I had to cancel numerous appointments. On two occassions i made a last minute call to the Darcars Toyota of Frederick service department. I spoke with Mr. Adrian Garcia and he accomodated me in at the last minute. Mr. Garcia not only courteously met me at the door but had me sit in his office and professional explained the process my car will be going through, future maintanance and car of my corolla. He escorted me back to the waiting area and advised me he will come get me when my car was ready. He returned a short time later to advise me my car was ready and they also included a complementary car wash.
On my second visit Mr. Garcia remembered my name and greeted me warmly at the door once again. We went over as to my reason (routine oil change)for servicing and he also mentioned he had noticed a headlight out on my car as i was coming in.
I would like to commend Mr. Garcia and the entire Darcars Toyota Service team for their Courtesy and Prefessionalisim. I can always look forward to an honest experiance at Darcar Toyota Service Department not a negative one you always hear about. Thank you Darcar Toyota!

My Review of DARCARS Toyota of Frederick:
While another service person was assigned to help us, in his absence Adrian offerred his help when dropping off our vehicle. He was polite, friendly and professional, and seemed eager to please. The next day he even took time to demonstrate some of the features of our new car which had not been demonstrated to us before and asked how we felt about our repairs. I was impressed.

My Review of DARCARS Toyota of Frederick:
I had a routine service appointment on March 5, 2011 at 1:30 pm but I went in about an hour early to see if maybe my car could be serviced sooner. I was greeted by a very kind man at my car immediately upon driving into the Service drop-off area who said that it would be no problem. When I went in, Adrian Garcia greeted me and promptly asked if he could help me. In no time, Adrian set me up for an earlier appointment and got my paperwork completed. Everything about Darcars of Frederick service was fantastic. They even offered a courtesy car wash and shuttled me to downtown Frederick while I waited. A simple phone call and they came to pick me up, as well. I am so glad I bought my car at Darcars of Frederick - the service has been excellent from all staff so far...even my boyfriend, who came with me & has a Toyota (from another dealership), said he wishes he bought his car at Darcars of Frederick because the staff is so helpful and friendly. I give Darcars of Frederick and Adrian Garcia, specifically for his kindness on March 5th, an A+ !
