My wife and I were ready to down size our cars and wanted to trade in two vehicles (an F150 and a Pilot) for a single used car. We found the car we wanted to look at online - with a free Carfax, called the dealership for an appointment, and showed up for the test drive. We were introduced to Andy as soon as we arrived and we were in the car driving within minutes. Andy was informative and gave us the history of the car as we drove. After an initial ride, Andy suggested we take the car ourselves - to give us a chance to talk more freely and do our own inspection. We drove, we pulled knobs, we looked at the engine, we read a little of the owner's manual and we figured out features on the dash - and we loved it. Upon return, Andy began our journey to ownership with some simple forms - which turned into a mountain of paperwork - but such is the case with new car ownership. During processing, we took our new car to lunch, my wife left to attend some family matters, and everything progressed smoothly, professionally - and friendly. Never pressured, everything explained. It was a great experience and probably the best time I have ever had buying a car. Great job - great dealership!

Great experience. From my initial phone conversation with James to my experience at the dealership in person with Andy. These guys are all about customer service. It doesn't stop after you buy the car either, they are there to help you with anything you need. I will recomend this dealership to all my friends.

Not only did I drive home smiling, but I was smiling throughout the entire experience, thanks to Andy. I will admit I am not the easiest person to work with, but Andy did it with a smile the entire time. He goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I was really in love with the last vehicle I had, but unfortunately it had gotten totaled. I told Andy about it, and the features I was looking for in my next used vehicle, and I believe he actually understood what I was looking,for instead of just offering me a vehicle that was on the lot, like I had experienced at other dealers. He scoured the inventory to find vehicles that matched the preferences. All while having a genuine friendliness about him, that made me feel at ease when I talking to him or asking him questions about the vehicles I was looking at. It was like shopping with an friend that just happened to be an expert at cars. But what really impressed me is I told him I wanted stylish for me, and he interpreted that exactly right, and matched me to the perfect vehicle, which I have never had happen and I believe it is very rare to have any salesperson that understands individual style, and especially not a car saleperson, but Andy has it down. He was readily available by phone and cell phone, and never took long to return my call if he wasn't available. He is the reason I purchased from Van Devere vs. another dealer. Great customer service and person.

I spoke with Andy over the phone before coming to the dealership. He gave me a feeling of reassurance that they could work with me despite some of the issues I had. He seemed to have a real sense of confidence about himself and was very willing to help me achieve my goal.

I had actually gone to the wrong dealership but found the vehicle I wanted there anyway. I wanted to give Andy the opportunity for the sale since I had spoken with him first.

Everyone at the Chevrolet store was very helful with getting me in touch with Andy and did not seem to begrudge a fellow salesman his opportunity.

Andy came from the Arlington store to meet me and get the process rolling.

He was very receptive to the issues I had with the vehicle and reassured me that the dealer would do everything possible to help take care of my concerns.

The actual process was very smooth and Andy was very personable and out going in his efforts to make me feel comfortable and happy with my purchase.

I believe Andy is a great asset to your sales staff and I would definitely recommend him and the dealership as a whole to anyone.
