Hello, I'm Chris Havey Service Advisor for Germain Honda of Dublin. Although new to the Germain Team I grew up around the car industry. I have already completed the American Honda's Management Action Program which is just the beginning. I enjoy coming to work with a "customer first" attitude. My goal as a service advisor is to treat all customers with professional service and provide accurate detailed estimates.

Spending time with the family and friends is how I enjoy my time away from work. Being a proud graduate and supporter of The Ohio State University of course there's nothing like an OSU game. I also love going to Columbus Blue Jacket and Crew games.

My Review of Germain Honda of Dublin:
Germain Honda of Dublin deserves credit for their friendly, efficient service center. I was very satisfied with their prompt greeting, comfortable waiting area, and numerous accommodations while waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. I definitely recommend this dealership to any Honda-owners within the Columbus area.

My Review of Germain Honda of Dublin:
Everything about my visit to Germain and dealing with Chris was as ideal as any customer could wish for. Chris greeted me upon my arrival, had my paperwork ready, and made sure that I had all accomodations needed while I would be without my vehicle. Chris provided a very accurate assessment of when my vehicle would be ready to pick up, as well as notified me as soon as it was ready to go. When I got back in my vehicle it was looked and felt like it was brand new again. I look forward to working with Chris and Honda in the future, and as a young professional in Columbus, with service and performance like Chris and the Germain team, I expect to have a long relationship with Germain Honda of Dublin.
