My Review of Long McArthur, Inc.:
Visited the dealership on a cold rainy Saturday. Met Chris Spall at the front desk, I was interested in two new vehicles I saw on the Internet. He gathered some keys and walked to the far end of the lot, in the rain to met me at the truck. My family took turns entering and leaving the vehicle from my vehicle to this new one I was interested in. I love to get my family involved when buying any vehicle and Chris did a great job of handling all my questions and those of my family. We were in and out within 30 minutes, Chris was to follow up with a bottom line sale price. He did and the wheeling and dealing commenced. On the following Monday, after numerous calls of dealing for the best price. I was on the road from Manhattan KS, signed all the documents, visited all the folks responsible for their part in the sales experience and I was on my way home with a new vehicle. Chris helped every step of the way, knew what he was talking about, and really made my shopping experience there so good... I will return here first if I ever need another vehicle, used or new. The follow ups are always important, and this dealership knows how to treat customers. Afterall, when was the last time you got some cookies in a tin delivered from a car dealership delivered to your doorstep? The dealership is neat, clean and organized and everyone was having a great time...super place to shop or just visit, to see what may be there.
