My Review of Mungenast St. Louis Honda:
As soon as I walked in the door at Mungenast Honda, I was welcomed by a very friendly and personable salesman, Cristobol Dominguez. I am a female and know NOTHING about purchasing a car. I was hesitant to believe anything a car salesman would tell me. But I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. Cristobol was great! I felt he was very knowledgeable; asked me a lot of questions to truly find out what I needed instead of what HE needed to sell; contacted me and kept me informed through the whole process; did a lot of research to give me options to choose from; and was a very humble and customer oriented kind of guy! In addition, I absolutely loved working with their finance expert, Javier Terrazas. And he is an EXPERT. He offered additional information to assist us with our daughter's first car purchase. I highly recommend Mungenast Honda, Cristobol, and Javier....not to mention their "ladies day" car washes with a masseuse!

My experience with the purchase of my car was great. I got the car I wanted and at the price/payment I needed. Cris Dominguez (Dave Mungenast Honda) was very friendly and helpful. I felt he was not just out to make a sale. He wanted to make sure I was going to get what I wanted and needed and I did. No pressure and no bull. This is my 3rd Honda Accord I have owned and I'm sure it wont be the last. Thanks Cris for not being and pushy, hungry salesman. You made the purchasing of my car easy and stress free.

I worked with Cristobal Dominguez looking for a used car (he had sold one to my daughter a few months ago). He was friendly & helpful & we drove a few. I decided to look at new cars, so he helped me find what I wanted and we negotiated a deal. He was very knowledgeable and helpful - made the new car experience fairly painless !!! Anything I've asked for/about, he's been very accommodating with getting it done or answered. Ivo Saric made the financing part of it easy and explained everything (even if I feel overwhelmed with papers !!) They were both very personable and easy to work with.

Our experience at Dave Mungenast Honda was very positive, mostly due to the excellent customer service provided by Chris Dominguez. We will be back when my husband is ready for his next car and we will make sure Chris helps us again. He exceeded our car buying experienc expectations in terms of courtesy, respect, knowledge, and service. We were a little disappointed we could not get a lower price for the Honda Insight we purchased and would likely have walked away were it not for Chris. THANKS!!

It was a very effcient process and I never felt pressured in anyway to purchase a vehicle. Even after I made my choice of vehicle known I didn't receive multiple calls and email to make me feel "pressured" This I appreciated the most. I would recommend this dealership to my family and friends I didn't get a response from another area dealer and the 3rd one I contacted is still leaving my lengthy messages pleading for my business. Great job!
