David Brown at South Oak Dodge Chrysler Jeep

On April 29 2013, Checked on South Oak Dodge "Grand Caravan" inventory on their website, emailed South Oak Dodge & received an email reply. Received a call from Shannon Guest within an hour and setup an appt in 2 hrs. Met with her and she introduced me to David Brown for "Sales". We talked than gave me the keys and told me to take it on a test drive (alone). We finalized the sale and I was out of the showroom with a new 2013 Grand Caravan within 3 1/2 hours. David Brown, an all around excellent sales associate and good person. Toward the end of the process, Shannon thanked me for the purchase. I, in the past, have purchased 2 new vehicles from South Oak and still have them (2001 Ram Van & 2008 Ram Truck). Also in the past I accompanied my daughter and my aunt on their purchase of new vehicles from South Oak. Thanks David, Shannon, & South Oak.

What can I say. This group of people wil work with you to get you what you want. From start to finish, from the initial phone call from Shannon, to coming and meeting Mr. Brown was the most pleasent experience that I have ever had at a car dealership!

I went with one thing in mind and they actually gave me what I want and more! I have always dreamed of having a Dodge Charger and through Prayer and a WHOLE LOT of negotiating, Lisa and Mr. Brown pulled it off! So with that, Thank you to each and every one at South Oak for such an experience and I will be back in two years to get another one!

Mr. Brown was very Courteous,helpful and knowledgeable. He showed me how to operate all the electronic gadgets on the Chrysler. He explained all the perks that came with the purchase of the car such as the free oil changes. His first price was very close to the internet price. I would certainly recommend him and the dealership to any prospective customer. Wilma McKinney

Because I like the people there and they are very fair. Mavin has proven himself time and time again to be very fair and loyal to this customers. He's a true winner and a very hard worker in the sales as far as I see as a repeat customer of South Oak Dodge.
He bring you his best in full and heart efforts of being there for his customer.

I cannot rave enough about this dealership. Friendly, knowledgeable salesman and the Borrow Test Drive incentive helped me to make my final purchase. I kept the car over the weekend and I was sold!!!!
