I was looking for a specific Cayenne S and found what I wanted on their excellent website. The photos were great and taken from every conceivable angle. After talking with their sales manager and James Angel, I felt very comfortable buying the car without actually having fly to Miami and see it in person. They worked with me on the price, found a great interest rate and completed the paperwork in record time.

James Angel at Braman Porsche West Palm Beach is my favorite sales associate of any dealership I have ever visited! He is fun (the best to go on a test drive with), knowledgeable, patient, caring and charming. He delivers exceptional customer service! He is always available and willing to help in any way he can. I have purchased four Porsches from Braman of West Palm Beach and will not deal with any other sales associate. James has made my sales experiences positive and pleasant. I would recommend him to any of my friends or colleagues!

I had a woderful experience with James Angel. He was very patient ( I went to the dealership 4 times) with me a demonstrated a high level of customer service. I shared that with him that I enjoyed his sales style and thought he just did an absolutely wonderful sales job.

James Angel is first clss. Only issue - the car was delivered in storm after maintenance men fixed sensor. No one realized dirt on carpet Should send man down to clean.

JAMES ANGEL WAS IN CHARGE OF REGULAR UPDATES CONCERNING THE 2012 TURBO S I WAS HAVING BUILT. HE ALSO HANDLED DETAILS OF PURCHASE.

CONSIDERATE, KNOWLEDGABLE AND ENTHUSIASTIC IS HOW I WOULD DESCRIBE JAMES' DEMEANOR. COMMUNICATION WAS ALWAYS RESPECTFUL, CLEAR AND SUCCINT.

BEYOND THAT, JAMES AND THE SHOWROOM STAFF AT BRAMAN MADE THE OVERALL PURCHASE EXPERIENCE INTO SOMETHING VERY IMPORTANT. SOMETHING OTHER DEALERSHIPS DON'T SEEM ABLE TO PROVIDE. FUN!

I bought a very nice sports car at Braman Motor Cars.My total experience with all the staff(Esp.James Angel and Gen.Mgr.Dan)was outstanding.The facility was very clean.The vehicle also outsatanding when I picked it up.I am a very attention to detail person and would buy another vicicle from Braman Motorcars in Palm Beach.

I have purchased two (2) Porsches from James Angel and have found him to be responsive to my request for information both prior to and subsequent to the sale.
