My Review of BMW of Bridgeport:
Best experience I've ever had buying a car. This followed a visit to other BMW dealers that preferred to use the salesman as a gate,experience during the sales process. At Bridgeport, you speak to everyone the person who appraises your trade, the manager, the owner if you want. We were so impressed - we went in for a used car and came out with both a used car and a brand new one! Ernie was awesome - even called within days to make sure everything was fine - which of course it was!

My Review of BMW of Bridgeport:
I purchased a 2007 Certified Pre-owned BMW328xi in September 2010 and had a completely positive experience with Client Advisor and Business Manager. Subsequent service visit to top off coolant without appointment, no charge, and oil change covered under extended service after one year were both handled professionally and promptly.

My Review of BMW of Bridgeport:
Everyone was Great, Ernie showed us what we were looking for, immediately knew what we wanted. Tim was very detailed on the financial aspect, Jeff was very nice and a prankster very good sense of humor...and last Joe showed my husband and I how to play and understand our new BMW! We are very happy we stopped in that Saturday morning.

On our 4th BMW and glad to say this was by far the easiest purchase decision I've had so far. Ernie and Jeff made it a wonderful experience. They took care of everything, even solving the problems being an out-of-state customer. They offered a fair amount for my trade-in, which made the whole process simpler. Can't wait to buy another car from BMW Bridgeport!

My Review of BMW of Bridgeport:
Picking out my new car at BMW of Bridgeport was made to be an extra-special day for me. I had been looking for "just the right vehicle" for over a year now. This was my first visit to this Dealership, and I had gone there on the suggestion of other Colleagues and Friends; now I can see why. The Staff at BMW of Bridgeport are wonderful, caring people with whom I was very fortunate to have had the pleasure of meeting.

On the day of my first visit, I spent at least 5 hours there; and every single minute these people were taking very good care of me---from explaining every, single detail and feature about the car down to the financing and how we could get me into this vehicle. This was a Saturday, and the place was absolutely packed with potential Clients ! Yet, I was still made to feel very important in that the attention was being given to me and a lot of time was definitely being spent with me; even though I may or may not have purchased a vehicle from them at the end of the day.

The real selling point for me, on this Dealership, is the Family of people who work there and the pride they show in their Dealership, in what they do and how they care for their Clients !

My Review of BMW of Bridgeport:
I rarely write reviews and never thought 'd be motivated to write one on behalf of a BMW dealership. That being said I highly recommend Bridgeport BMW after my recent CPO 4.8i X5 purchase there.

My client advisor (salesman in non BMW speak) was John Rossetti who went above and beyond what could have expected at every opportunity even after the purchase. Furthermore, he had a great low key, no pressure approach, allowed me to take my time and gave me a great price on my trade-in and on my new mint cpo X5. I looked around for several weeks and contacted 5 other BMW dealerships including 3 in CT, 1 in NY and 1 in PA and Bridgeport BMW had both the best deal and the most straightforward, hassle free approach.

I financed through the dealership and completing all aspects of the sale and loan with the business manager Jeff Pearce was also very comfortable, easy and straightforward. He explained everything clearly, gave me a great interest rate and there were no last minute, hidden charges. Most importantly when I returned 2 weeks later AFTER the sale both John Rossetti and Jeff Pearce went out of their way to help me when it was no longer even their job (everything was fine just had a screw in my tire). I got there late on a friday at the last minute and even the service department stayed late to replace my tire...amazing!

Bottom line: there clearly seems to be a culture of fairness and customer service at Bridgeport BMW that is rare in business today and even rarer at car dealerships. It seems to me that they have made a conscious decision to cultivate a long term relationship with their customers by treating them very well instead of the approach I've encountered elsewhere of trying to milk every last dime out of the transaction and disregarding whether the customer is satisfied. You would do yourself a disservice if you didn't go in and see John and give yourself a chance to have a similar experience to mine.

PS I also met one of the owners several times while I was there and he too was exceedingly personable and concerned with my satisfaction.

I recently purchase a vehicle from this dealership, I was blown away with great customer service! When I got there, I was greated with a warm welcoming smile. Mr Ballou (my sales client advisor)made me feel at ease with NO pressure. He showed me a variety of cars, the only stress I had was choosing. Jeff Pearce (business manager)was awesome as well once I chose my vehicle my finance transaction went smooth. Everyone at this dealership is great and eager to assist you from sales to service. I would definatly would buy another BMW because I love mine! :)

I was trading in a 2007 that I was having some trouble with from Tona in servcice, through to Kurt and Jeff in sales the experience was simple and just about hassle free! Kurt contacted over the phone and told me about a couple of options that fit my request, I went and looked that evening and picked the new car up the next day. Everyone took the time to explain each part of the process and answered any questions that I had.

My Review of BMW of Bridgeport:
Kurt was our salesperson and he was very easy going, very informative and made me feel comfortable. He kept me up to date on the status of the beautiful 550i I ordered. When I picked up my car, Kurt took his time explaining how all the technical features of the vehicle worked. He then suggested that I call him anytime if I had any questions, as did Tim Coughlin, Gen. Sales Mgr. and Jeff Pearce, Bus. Mgr. I would highly recommend BMW of Bridgeport to anyone as it is the best dealership I have ever experienced.
