The very best experience for buying a car. Very flexible with your needs. Initially made a search for an invoice on an Fiat 500 Abarth online, and Arnold Garcia quickly responded with a quote for the exact car I was looking for. Went to their dealership a few days later not fully intending on buying that day, ended up buying an Abarth with Arnold's great help. If you are interested in buying a car, give these guys a chance to at least show you around. I was never pressured to make a decision unless it was my own.

I cannot begin to express what a great experience I had at this dealership. Arnold Garcia was a wonderful, knowledgeable FIAT specialist who provided great service. The entire team worked together to give me a fabulous deal on a brand new FIAT. I am beyond thrilled with my new 500 Sport and highly recommend this dealership!

Our experience was excellent at Criswell. Chiraz was completely helpful providing assistance, answering questions and helping us choose the right vehicle for us. No pressure at all. She definitely goes the extra mile helping the customers. We drove multiple vehicles to get the one that was right for us. Model, Style budget and features were all considered. She did a terrific job. Jeff also did a great job, doing what ifs on our various financial related options and was very good in explaining the various insurance options...again no pressure...Giles also wanted to assure that our experience went well and that the staff was fully attentive to our needs. He also went out of his way to get all the equipment that needed to go with the vehicle. Real customer service.

This was the most straight-forward car purchase in my experience. Did every aspect of the purchase via e-mail and telephone. (I really like that. Saves so much time.) Consequently, when I showed up at the dealership, all I had to do was take the car on a test drive and sign the purchase agreements. Nice!

I had a great experience at Fiat of Gaithersburg. After a10 minute conversation, Rod found the exact car I wanted - right down to the red & black leather seats, sun roof and spare tire. Negotiations at Fiat of Gaithersburg were fair and free of pressure to buy. The whole experience was well worth the drive from Alexandria, VA.
