I appreciated the fact that Jim Gray was very up front and honest with me. I felt like he had my best interests in mind and wanted me to get what was going to work the best for me. He is very friendly and personable, and I felt very comfortable working with him. I would definitely recommend Jim at Kings Toyota to anyone looking for a new car.

I am so happy with my experience at King's Toyota that I am coming to cincinnati for my maintenance service. Everyone was interested that I had an EXCELLENT experience buying my new car. As you are well aware when you are a Toyota owner you only have to buy a new car every 10-15 years because toyotas are made so well they last forever. That being said the buying experience needs to be special and Mr. Gray was all that. EXCELLENT

My Review of Kings Toyota:
It was the best experience I have ever had of buying a car. The salesman, Jim Gray was great, he first e-mailed me about my lease coming to an end and communicated back and forth my opitions. I really felt like I knew him and was really great dealing with him. I knew pretty much what I wanted another Rav4 and the color. That day when I left they were already starting on the paper work and would have the car ready the next day. I drove in my old Rav4 and picked up the new, it was the fastest, smoothest transaction ever. Thanks to the people at Kings Toyota and especially Jim Gray. Kings Toyota deserves an A+ in its repeat customer service which it was lacking before. Kings Toyota is not even close to where I live but keep going back because I like them and the selection is larger. Toyota of Cincinnati is a lot closer but I will never go in there again, they should be shut down.

I can't remember the name of the finance manager but getting me a refund on my gap insurance from a previous purchase made my day. Both are exceptional employees to have on your staff. Great experience overall!

Salesperson went out of his way to find the extact car we wanted. They met the price we wanted and were very professinal and friendly. We did shop other dealerships but chose Kings because of Jim and his team. Highly reccomend.
