I recently found myself in the situation that no one wants to be in but thank goodness for the guys at Lake Norman Chrysler. Last Sunday I was getting into my Charger when I noticed a small crack on the passenger side of my windshield. First thing Monday morning I drove over to the dealership and Josh was able to assist me in getting a windshield ordered and get me an appointment for Wednesday. Wednesday morning I pulled up to the dealership where I was greeted promptly by Jamie. He was helpful and gave me a time of completion so that my busy other half would be know when to drop me back off. The windshield was great and they even finished ahead of schedule. I will go back for any other services needed.

My Review of Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram:
I’ve been a customer for about 10 years, having bought from first car from them. Today, however, was an exceptional visit. I needed to have my spark plugs changed in my Chrysler 300C. Mind you, I’ve had oil changes and tire rotations with them which have been quick and easy.

First off, I was able to quickly and effortlessly schedule my appointment. When I called, the phone was picked up promptly… no ring after ring after ring. When I drove up this morning I was checked in quickly and was able to go about running my errands close by. When I came back a few hours later my car was ready to go… and not only was it ready to go, it was CLEAN. Check out was seamless and I was back on my way in no time.

I must say, I have been and continue to be happy with the service and experience I have had at Lake Norman and am actually looking forward to when and if they get Fiats in. I’ll be one of the first to buy one from them!

It seems with these two employees covering the service end your service has nothing but improved.
They were honest, true to their word and very helpful and thoughtful. Not traits generally equated with dealer repair staff.
Give them both raises!

My Review of Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram:
We went to purchase a 2009 Jeep Wrangler and ended up buying a new 2010 Jeep Wrangler Island Edition. VERY satisfied with the Jeep and the overall experience. Chip the new sales rep and Mark the sales manager were very nice and accommodating in explaining all and any questions related to the Jeep product line.

Mark made us aware about the last day opportunity for a $750 rebate. As a skeptical buyer I had my doubts, but upon further review it was true to form. He stayed late and had all paperwork expedited for us, making the buying process a breeze and stress free. The Jeep was detailed and ready to go that night!

Chip was very honest and upfront about what he knew and what he was unsure of being he was a new salesman. He did not try to fluff anything and when he was unsure of an answer he made certain he obtained the correct information for us. A great guy and I would certainly recommend you ask for him specifically.

Josh in service was also very helpful in assisting us in customizing our Jeep. making sure we did not void any warentee that came with the purchase. In my opinion he went above beyond what a standard service adviser would do and is walking us through the best options for the desired look we are going for.

All in all we are very satisfied with our purchase and with the service received at Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge. While looking at online dealer invoices after reaching home I felt very pleased with the purchase price of the vehicle. As in any business there has to be a profit made, and I believe Mark gave me the best price he was able to with Chip and him giving us exceptional service and attention.

12 hours in the car with a family of 5, 88 degress outside and the air conditioning system on the fitz! Not a good start to the trip. I had a hard time finding a dealer to take us in for a quick repair but Josh Freeze @ Lake Norman said he'd help. We rolled into the dealer after 5pm and he had the car fixed and ready to go within an hour. Excellent, friendly, helpful service! I would recemmend them to anyone!

Went in for oil change and to get tires checked. Lake Norman Chrysler's service dept was friendly and very helpful. They even helped me out on the pricing without me asking. The wireless internet access allowed me to get my work done while I waited.
