We bought a new Honda Odyssey and visited multiple dealerships. White plains Honda worked within our budget, gave us the best price, offered us the best financing and found us the color and interior we wanted. Their service was excellent and they went out of their way to find our car and get it delivered as quickly as possible. Our color (Smokey Topaz with Truffle Interior) is more rare and harder to find; however, they managed to get it to us within a week. Keith Alexander did an excellent job and even followed up with us afterwards to check in. We were very pleased with our experience and would recommend them to anyone.

Everyone at this dealership was friendly, professional, honest, and extremely patient but I especially have to thank Keith Alexander, Kurt Schon and Nelson! It felt like I was dealing with friends and not with the typical "sales" environment. Today, I purchased my second vehicle at this dealership and the experience was better than the first time. I NEVER felt pressured and I didn't have to deal with back and forth negotiations. I told Keith what I wanted to pay and he made it happen, it was that simple. The paperwork was ready for me to sign and the easiest part was that Kurt explained what every single form was for before it even occurred to me to ask....so what am I signing here?? It was very reassuring.
I would definitely recommend White Plains Honda to any of my friends and family and I will, without a doubt, visit them again when the time comes to buy my next vehicle.

Mr. Alexander went above and beyond to work with me on purchasing a new vehicle. He was quite sensitive to the fact that i had been in an auto accident recently. He was extremely friendly yet professional at all times. I would return to the showroom in the future for another deal.

It was a very easy experience. I let Keith Alexander know what I was looking for, he didn't push me, he simply gave me options and ideas. Without a lot of back and forth, I got the deal I was looking for. The timing was very easy - I did the bulk of the back and forth while my current car was being serviced in White Plain's Service Department.

When it came time to do the paperwork, everything was ready and the process was simple and our new car was waiting right outside for us.

The whole team was extremely friendly, someone even gave my children balloons to play with while they waited.

I will be back for car #3 - thanks to Keith Alexander, Brandi, and Kurt and the whole team.

Even though I am a Japanese and this is the first time to but a car in the US, they were so polite about explanation of the detail of the car and their response was so quick. However, I wanted them to offer several hundreds dollars discount. Except for this, I was satisfied with their way of working.

Every one at white plains Honda was professional, friendly and patient .
We came with a long list of equations the sale rep @ white plains Honda was happy to answer all our questions.
The showroom was clean and comfortable. We will defiantly recommend white plains Honda to our friends and family.
