A YEAR AND A HALF AGO I PURCHASED A HONDA PILOT FROM KEN AND LOVED THE EXPERIENCE. THIS TIME WE ADDED A HONDA CRV TO OUR HOME AND THE EXPERIENCE WITH KEN WAS JUST AS GREAT. HE IS KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL AND THOROUGH. WE WENT IN ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON AND LEFT A FEW HOURS LATER WITH OUR NEW PURCHASE. WE RETURNED TO HONDA BECAUSE WE LOVE OUR PILOT AND KEN'S SALESMANSHIP. WE WOULD NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE

My Review of Honda of Keene:
I went Honda looking for a new car. We went in on Thursday Thanksgiving day looking and found the 1 we where looking for. Then went back on Friday and talked to Ken which was very friendly and told him which 1 we where looking at. He then asked us if we wanted to test drive the car while they looked at our trade in so we went for a ride with him, he explained all the new features of the car. We both drove the car and loved it. Went back to the dealership and took the trade. Then went to finish the deal and he gave us more oppositions which was GREAT help. I had a call from Debbie asking how I liked the car. What I found was this dealership was the best we have been to in a long time, we traded a ford Pickup and I would NEVER GO BACK that dealership again, they could have cared less about us and I was there before Honda, the service department made sure all the extra stuff we wanted was put on SURE AN GLAD I TRADED WITH HONDA OF KEENE thanks for everything Joe and Hope Kellogg

I went into the dealeship with a 10 year old Honda CRV for serving. When looking at newer models (I was consiering upgrading) Ken professionally approached me and we started to talk. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He answered or found the answers to all my questions. He and Steve went out of their way to find me the color and model that I was interested in. Don was very professional and efficient in coordinating the financials. I couldn't be more satisfied. The most effective PR is word of mouth and I intend to spread the word.....Thank you Ken Colby!!!

We started our search approximately one year ago, researching many vehicles, we started with Ken Colby and ended with Ken. We found that his communication is clear and thorough no mixed messages. The words that sum up our experience is that Honda of Keene and the employees we worked with have earned our respect by their actions.
And we must mention the superior service department, my husband has a Honda Civic and he appreciates the professionalism and skills of the department and Tyson's work. Another reason why we chose Honda of Keene.

My Review of Honda of Keene:
My wife has been doing business with this dealership for years and always felt she was treated fairly and professionally. We drove 3 hours from our home to buy this vehicle and I can honestly say that there have only been 2 times I have felt that I was not taken advantage of by a car dealer and I have owned many different cars in my lifetime. The first time I had this feeling was when I purchased my Harley Davidson motorcycle and the second time was dealing with Honda of Keene. I filled out my application for financing on line and was immediately contacted that it had been received, I also gave them my trade-in information sight unseen and felt that the difference between pay-off and what they would give me would have been added to the new vehicle, that did not happen as I was given the new vehicle for exactly the price we had agreed upon. In the past I know that this puts the customer upside down after making the purchase right off the bat. I met with both Ken Colby the salesman and Don the finance manager and I found them both to be upfront and straight forward with all my questions and the paperwork involved. I can say without any doubt that I will be a repeat customer of this dealership.

The knowledge and professionalism of Ken Colby was unmatched. We went in to look at vehicles as we were planning on replacing a vehicle. We gave Ken an idea of what we were looking for and he found the perfect vehicle for us at an extremely reasonable price. Best of all, no dickering back and forth. My Review of Honda of Keene:
Working with Ken was great, he told us in full about leasing a car, what kind would be good for us for our needs, and took us for a road ride in the car that we picked up last night. He didn't care how many times we asked him a question even if we thought it was a silly one to ask. Ken went over everything that we needed to know and then some other information to help with the car.

When we were ready to leave he came out and pointed things out to us again what we might have forgotten since we went for a ride in the car over a week ago, he set our radio and clock for us and told us to call him or stop in to see him anytime if we had a question or was unsure about anything.

This is our fourth Honda and we have dealt with Ken every time and will continue to do so in the future.

I want to direct high praises towards Honda of Keene and Ken Colby Jr., Sales Consultant. For over 25 years I have considered Mr. Colby my personal sales representative and Honda of Keene my only dealership. Whether I have leased or purchased a vehicle, my dealings with Mr. Colby have always been friendly, relaxed and very professional. Mr. Colby and Honda of Keene provide top notch customer service before, during and after "the sale". I have never been disapointed with any service I may have needed. Honda of Keene is a very clean and friendly environment. Today I leased my 11th Honda and was treated very fairly in getting into the vehicle I wanted. You feel like your family when you come to Honda of Keene. The positive, "can do" attitude of everyone keeps me comming back. I highly recommend doing business with Ken Colby Jr. and Honda of Keene.
