My Review of Bill Britt Mazda/Volkswagen:
This is the third car I've purchased from Bill Britt Mazda in about three years. I live in Charlottesville but I drove to Fredericksbug to buy this car. Kirk is a very well informed salesperson and always puts me in the right car for me and my wife. Kirk is a low pressure salesperson who let's his product do the talking! I had a slight problem, but Kirk stepped up and solved my issue with total professionalism. The sales staff at Bill Britt are all friendly, helpful and sincere. I've walked into other dealerships and only person who speaks to you is the dealer who is "up" for the sale. In Bill Britt everyone said "hello". Mark Bjornsen, the finance manager, was friendly and to the point (since I had to drive back to Charlottesville and work a midnight). All I can say is, If you want a pleasurable experience in car buying go to Bill Britt and see Kirk!

My Review of Bill Britt Mazda/Volkswagen:
I have worked with Rob Lundberg and Kirk Ross in the Mazda shop. Purchased a Mazda in 2002.Both have been extremely helpful in my final decision to purchase a new car.
This month, April 2012, I purchased a new VW Jetta Sportwagen TDI. John Batt was my sales consultant. I first contacted him in November 2011 and explained that I did not want delivery until April of 2012. He arranged a direct order from the factory in order for the car to be delivered when I was ready to take possession of the car. He was available for updates pertaining to the time the car was actually on the assembly line in Puebla, Mexico, and moved the process along according to my chosen schedule for delivery. I think his attention to detail was exceptional.
I would add that the entire Bill Britt dealership organization has been the most pleasant buying experience for me ever since I purchased my 2002 Mazda Miata. The experience at the VW shop has continued to be a very pleasant buying experience.
There is never any pressure put on the customer. I live 60 miles from the Bill Britt dealership, and am willing to drive that distance to buy and to service my two cars. I think that should indicate my total satisfaction with this organization.
When I took delivery on April 27, 2012, my car was detailed, had state license plates attached (not the cardboard temporary plates), and was immaculate.
John Batt introduced me to the business manager who finished the paperwork in less than 10 minutes, including showing me options for extended warranty, and other options. When I declined to take advantage of those items, there was no pressure or hard-sell to accept them. That has not been my experience with many other dealerships over the many years that I have purchased cars.
John Batt then took me to the car and methodically taught me all the features of the car, including the techno-features of the switchgear--radio,cruise control, heating and cooling systems, seat adjustments, and keyfob. And he said that if I have any further questions or have trouble remembering his explanations, he will be available to go over all the details again, even though I have the instruction books and "quick-start" brochure. He said I could drop in anytime and he would help me figure out some of the more unfamiliar parts of the radio and BluTooth features. I am a happy customer.

My Review of Bill Britt Mazda/Volkswagen:
From the website visit, to the initial contact on the phone, to the showroom visits, everything went very smoothly. Kirk Ross stayed well past closing to assist me on the Saturday before Easter, and was extremely professional and courteous. Ryan was very efficient with the financial process. And, John was great in providing the VW specifics. It was a pleasant experience all around.

My Review of Bill Britt Mazda/Volkswagen:
Vickie Bounds has excellent personal skills and is client oriented. The service dept is on top of its game. I find comfort in going to a dealership who provides excellent customer skills, prompt service and a friendly smile when I walk in the door. We have had quite a few trips to Bill Britt Mazda this month for several of our vehicles and can't say enough great things about the sales staff, service staff, even the customers in the showroom say "hello". Vickie Bounds goes above and beyond in the service dept and is a welcomed change there!
I also can't say enough about the sales team who always go out of there way to say "hello" when just going in for service visits.
With folks like Vickie, Mike, Kirk, Andy and others, Bill Britt will continue to be the dealership we go to!!

We have purchased 3 vehicles from Bill Britt, a Mazda and 2 Suzuki's. The ease of purchasing, the friendliness of the sales personnel as well as the service department is the BEST of any dealership we have ever purchased from. I can only say good things about the staff to include Mike, Kirk, Andy, Rob, Ryan etc as well as the friendly service staff - Vickie was a pleasure to work with.
We are true Bill Britt customers and will be back!!

My Review of Bill Britt Mazda/Volkswagen:
I went to both Ford and Chevy on the same street and in the same area then my wife and I went to Bill Britt Maszda in Fredericksburg, Virginia. I got stright talk right up front the way the dealership worked. They allowed us the most for our used vehicles and gave us the best price on a 2010 CX7, I am a Maszda owner now, my son ownes a CX9 and my daughter owns a CX7 also and both are very happy with the vehicles and the way they were treated at the dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone looking for a great deal and a great price. Kirk Ross is one of the most professional salepersons I have meet in the last 15 years buying vehicles. I want to say thank you to Kirk for his professionslism and the way he treated us from the first momment we met. I know he will do very well in the future, he just has what it takes to get the job done. You guys have a great summer and take care. Once again many thanks for everything.

We hate buying cars wworse than anything else. This was the first time that both my husband and myself felt like we were dealing with real professionals. Kirk and Andrew made the car buying process completely painless and even enjoyable. Even though we ended up purchasing 2 Mazdas and not a voltswagon Andrew was a tremendous help in the entire process.(VW salesman) Between the 2 dealers everything was superb and delightfully unexpected. We will definitely come back for further car purchases and ofcourse maintenance. Prices on both vehicles were the best in the area and the assistance with picking the "right" car was shown in thier knowledge of the Mazda products.

This was my second purchase at Bill Britt Mazda. I purchased a Mazda 3 last year and returned to buy another this week. I returned to this dealership because of the level of customer service I had received last time and because of the no-haggle pricing system. The employees there do not work on commission and are genuinely interested in helping you with the right vehicle.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone and I if I buy another Mazda, Volkswagen, or Suzuki, I will buy it from Bill Britt.

My Review of Bill Britt Mazda/Volkswagen:
I had been eying the Mazda 6 for over a year. Kirk Ross showed me all about it in the most professional way of any car sales person I've ever dealt with. He shared facts and was able to objectively compare other cars in the same class. He never bashed another line or car. The facts about the product as he explained them were convincing enough for me. I've been a car salesman before and of course feel qualified to offer this review.

My interest when I stopped in was to trade in my Jaguar for a more economical yet attractively optioned USED car. I had done the homework and even visited CarMax which is usually a good place to purchase new cars. I wanted a Used Mazda 6 because Kirk did a great job explaining everything about the car. What I didn't want was to absorbe the cost of a brand new car.

Well...... Kirk happened to have a loaded "Touring Plus" which essentially had just about everything as the top line "Grand Touring" model. This was a new 2010 (the last one on the lot). I understand the no haggle concept but jeez.... at the price offered on the window sticker I was about to get a brand new car not far into the next model year but for better than any used competitor brand. Not to mention a brand new vehicle.

Through this transaction I visited the dealership for various reasons. Each time I was helped by others on the sales team just as I was their own customer. This despite being Kirk's customer. .........The sales Team at BB Mazda is truly a team. The all work as a unit. Their customer service, friendlines and integrity is deserving of my strongest personal review and recommendation.

And.... If you're not convinced these are "good guys"; Oh Bye the Way; I received the best trade in value for my Jaguar of any other dealership to boot.

I'm 100% delighted with the Mazda 6, the dealership and the entire experience.

Buy from Bill Britt.... you won't regret it.
