They didn't waste my time, ignoring my criteria, and showing me cars that I wasn't interested in buying. They didn't make me feel like the money I had to spend was not going to get me anything I wanted and, instead told me about the car that was available, answered my questions in a straight-forward manner and made the sale as quick and easy as possible. I am extremely happy with the choice I made, and wish Medford Nissan and Ryan Berlandi continued success. They will be my first choice when I need to start looking for another car down the line. Kristy called me that day and actually listened to me and what I wanted. It was a pleasure talking to her. She set me up for a Saturday appointment, then followed up with an email regarding the time of my appointment and who I should ask for. It was really nice walking into the dealership and asking for a person rather than having to find a salesperson. I was introduced to Michael Bowen who was very genuine and truly tried to help me find the best car for me. We discussed the options of new vs. used. He showed me the new Versas and I wasn't thrilled with the option packages in my price range. He definitely knew his inventory and brought me to a used 2009 Versa. It was adorable! We took it on a test drive and he was very knowledgeable and talked to me about cars and the way Lithia works. He could tell I was nervous about the whole car buying experience and he worked hard to alleviate my concerns. I decided to try and buy this car. We went back into the dealership and he really went to work for me. I felt like he was really on my side. In addition he talked about what a great place Lithia was to work for. I swear I think I might want to work at Lithia myself! I ended up buying that 2009 Versa. I feel like I got a really good deal. Most of my friends leave car dealerships feeling like they have been raked over the coals. I don't feel that way at all.
