State inspection of vehicle----appt.kept-----pointed out and priced upcoming work for 100,000 mile service.Lisa was very pleasant and knowledgable.I'm very satisfied dealing with these folks,as I have been for almost 9 yrs. now.

Service department was very helpful and professional in their service of my vehicle. My car was ready when they advised me it would be and having the loaner vehicle available for me to use was a lifesaver. This experience was much improved over past experience we've had with the service department.

My Review of Bill Britt Mazda/Volkswagen:
I have a Shinka Rx-8 that was purchased at another dealer, but Bill Britt has been assisting with the care/service of the car for the last 5 years. I have had great service until there was a change of managers. Was ready to take my care elsewhere, and was told there was a new manager, Lisa Irwin. I spoke to her as the car had to have the engine deflooded and a new battery. I found Lisa to be respectful, she listened and went the extra mile to assist me with bringing the car "back to life". She gave written instructions for owners on deflooding the engine and gave me tips from the mechanics who had recently attended additional classes on the car. I was not able to make it when the service department closed, however, the office staff arranged to have one of the sales representatives aware of my situation, and he was able to assist me so I didn't have to come back the next day. Kudos to you, Lisa. I wish you well in your new position. You deserve it!
