My overall experience with Metro Toyota and Mark Kovac with excellent! The purchase of our new car was very easy. Mark took care of everything! He offered a fair trade in price for our old car and gave us a great purchase price for the new one. Through Consumers Report, I checked several other Toyota dealerships for price, Mark and Metro offered the best one.
We have purchased many vehicles from Metro Toyota in the past and have never been disappointed with sales, products and service. Thank you for making our experience a fun and pleasant one! Love, love my new Highlander.

Mark was wonderful with the purchase of my new car. I told him what car I wanted and the price range, he made sure to get what I wanted at the best deal for me. I would recommend him to anyone that does not want that pushy car salesmen type and wants that friendly service. Mark would be your guy.

I am writing this review after some hesitation [hesitation caused by my very busy schedule] because of the outstanding professionalism my husband and I experienced from Mark Kovac when recently purchasing our new vehicle. Mark Kovac stood out from all of the other sales representatives we encountered on our search. Mark impressed us with his efficiency, his knowledge, and his personability so much that we hoped to be buying the car he was selling even before we had narrowed down our considerations to our final choice. Mark was courteous while not wasting any of our time, and he was expedient in providing valuable information not only before our purchase but also after "the deal." While our choice of car was dependent on the quality of the product, we were pleased that the one we had chosen was available from the dealership with which Marc Kovac is associated because his overall conduct instilled in us a level of trust that we would be well taken care of at Metro Toyota even after the sale was made. – Thank You, Mark, for making something that could have been stressful into a pleasant and reassuring experience.

I have returned to Metro Toyota and Mark Kovak everytime I was ready to purchase a new car because of the quality of Toyota cars and Mark Kovak. Mark does not fit the "stereotype" of a car salesman. He is honest, explains everything, friendly and knowledgeable of the product he is selling. Before making this purchase I went to three other dealerships to look at other cars and could not believe the difference in sales people. I have total confidence in Mark and Toyota.

My husband and I would recommend this dealership because the staff was very friendly, easy to work with and employs a "no pressure" policy - which we liked. We were not interested in dealing with anyone who was going to use high pressure tactics to get us to buy a car, or sell us any options we did not want. We were initially looing to test drive a vehicle (which we did) and get some basic information. Our salesman, Mark, answered all our questions and gave us all the information we needed to go home and make our decision - all with no pressure. Metro Toyota did not have any of the color/trim that we were looking for on their lot - Mark had one there with all the features we were looking for in two days. We both had a very positive experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new car.
