The customer service was excellent! Mike answered all of our questions. Everyone that we had to work with was great. For one of the first times I have no regrets leaving a dealership. The free swag (gifts) were nice too. I can't rave enough how great the customer service and knowledge of the vehicle was. This is our 3rd car from Adams and we will be back!

Mike Gardner has sold me 4 wranglers in my 6 wrangler career , i would never recommend other salesmen , Mike is much more than that , he knows everything there is to know about a jeep because he owns and drives his own , you call call him at anytime , any hour even if he's not at work with any question and he will give you 100% .

Mike has done a fantestic job before in selling me one of my Jeeps & has done it again! He went out of his way to make sure I had the exact Jeep I wanted with all the bells & whistles that I expected & did this in a very short time frame! I'll purchase another Jeep from him again.

Mr. Adams has assembled the quintessential sales and service team in the area. From the time you walk in the door until the time you are driving away in your new Jeep, everyone you encounter is knowledgeable and helpful. They are the Jeep specialists - without question. They are great at assisting you from everything from deciding on what vehicle meets your needs, to accessories, service, and parts. The administrative staff was also exceptional.

This is the second new car we have bought from Adams. Last experience was great, as was this one! Mike was very accessible, informative, friendly and helpful. We felt that Mike and Adams made our purchase very quick and easy but they also provided all the information and help that we needed! We also had our other Jeep serviced at Adams. The Service team at Adams is great as well. We would recommend Mike and Adams to anyone interested in purchasing a Jeep product.

My Review of Adams Jeep of Maryland:
I have been a customer of Adams for my past 5 vehicles. My endeavor with Adams most recently was with Mike Gardner. There was an issue with my previous jeep and the person who sold it to me and Mike more then assisted me with taking care of the issues. He sold me a 2012 in which he was knowledgeable and enthusiastic, however not pushy. I can honestly say that it is my first car buying experience where I did not feel like they were pushing the car on me but showing me my options. There were no sleazy feelings when the issue of price and trade in came up. Mike was more then informational but in a way that made you feel like a buddy was talking to you about a topic rather then a salesman. My vehicle came with a package that has lots of extras which means more decisions. Mike exhibited patients and was rather helpful in assisting me in color choices, styles, and sizes of the add ons. The vehicle we had picked out had somethings that needed to be changed, chrome to black ect... Not an issue with this guy. Overall I would highly recommend Mike Gardner as a salesman/ jeep guy.

My Review of Adams Jeep of Maryland:
I live over an hour away and it was totally worth the drive. My brother recommend Mike after I had been looking at used Wranglers for about a week and Mike got me into a brand new 2012 for less then what I was going to pay for a used 2010 or 11. Adam's just isn't a Jeep dealer, they're the only Jeep dealer worth going to! Mike and the whole staff is the must knowledgeable of any dealer I visited! Thanks!!
