My Review of Shawnee Mission Kia:
Antonio Vieyra is the ultimate salesman when it comes to professionalism, compassion, honesty and no hassle tactics. If you are looking for a salesman who is upfront and honest he is your man! We purchased our 2nd car from Antonio yesterday and my husband and I are almost speechless when it comes to describing how much we appreciate everything he has done for us. I was in contact with Antonio almost daily re: finding us the perfect car for our family and he was always timely with his research and responses each and every time. He always made us feel like we were his top priority even though he had several deals going on at the same time. Antonio is extremely personable and remembers little details about our family and kids form the 1st car buying experience that amazed me given the number of customers he comes into contact with. My husband and I are moving out of state and I told Antonio that even though we will be in either NE or WY, I will contact him next time we look for a vehicle because he has definitely made my husband and I loyal customers and since my family remains in the KC area, we will be back to do business with him again. I sincerely appreciate you turning what can be an exhausting and frustrating experience into a laughter filled, easy-going, enjoyable experience...who'd of thought car buying could be so much fun?!

Mike Reid also made a strong positive impression on my husband and I. He was willing to work with us on finding the perfect family vehicle given my high mileage driving and concern about safety for my two children. Mike was always approachable and willing to answer any questions we had. He listened to our needs and didn't stop until he and Antonio were able to put us in a vehicle we were comfortable in. Mike has been very helpful in all aspects of our 1st and 2nd car buying experience and I look forward to working with him in the future as well. He too remembered details about our family that impressed us. They truly have a family friendly atmosphere at Shawnee Mission Kia.

My Review of Shawnee Mission Kia:
When my wife and I walked through the door we we're greeted enthusiastically, but not in that fake kind of way that stereotypical salespeople tend to do.
Our sales person, Begi, is one of the sweetest people that I have met in quite some time. She was knowledgeable, but humble enough to tell us that she didn't know the answer to what we were asking, and would find the answer. Which she did! It's not hard to tell when someone is insincere, and insincere is not a word that can describe Begi! I honestly feel like she and her manager, Mike, bent over backwards to treat us right. I know for a fact that Mike did more than he had to just to make sure we were happy.
The thing I think I liked best about the dealership is, there wasn't any beating around the bush or trying to sugar-coat anything. The way they presented themselves and their vehicles is the way that they were. Simple, concise, and accurate.
I am completely satisfied with my new (used) Sorrento, and will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone needing a vehicle. Shawnee Mission Kia will be my first stop, the next time I'm shopping for a car.

My Review of Shawnee Mission Kia:
Well the deal is done!!! I love you guys!!! This group was the pinnacle of excellence! I went in just to look and told them what i was interested in. Brian and Begi knew exactly what i needed and didn't look on the lot, but looked at inventory sheets and found my dream car. For a small lot they have a huge inventory. As soon as I saw the Jeep with everything it had I was blown away. I wanted it but being newly divorced I felt discouraged but they told me not to worry and that they would take care of everything.

The finance company initially approved the car and then even with my score in the low 700's they started asking for more paperwork. This team of professionals did not stop fighting for me until there was financing in place and I was satisfied! I was even able to get 1.5% less APR on the loan than the original quote. If you are looking for a new or used car and don't go talk to this crew then they can't help you. NO OTHER dealership has ever fought as hard as this one for their customers. I drove away today completely satisfied with my new Jeep with all the bells and whistles. The only thing my car doesn't do is massage my shoulders on long drives. The heated seats will be awsome this winter. Thank you again gang!!!

My friend even went over last December to get a car. She had really bad credit because she had been in school for the last 8 years and they did not stop til she drove away with her new optima! That was the second car she bought from them. Thank you sherry for sending me to this dealership.

Don't sit on the couch thinking of going!!! Go get that car
