I felt welcomed from the moment I stepped into the dealership, yet not overpowered with sales men. The new car show room is comfortable. Rich Kopcyaski greeted me at the door and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. His background as an auto technician adds to his credibility, making him an all-star sales person. Michael Haggerty also approached me and offered any assistance in helping find the new car I was looking for. Mike O'Connell was the gentleman who dealt with the financial aspect of the deal. Mike was able to offer an exceptional financing rate and an extended warranty.

I would like to thank these three gentleman for their assistance. All three were very knowledgeable, genuine, and proud of their product. I am very satisfied with my new car.

I just bought a 2012 Chevrolet Volt and I am extremely excited about the deal I was given. I visited several other Chevy dealers in the Chicago land area in pursuit of the Chevy Volt and every single dealer told me the same thing... they are NOT negotiating on the Volt because it is too new! I sent an email request directly through Jerry Haggerty's website for an "e price" and I could not believe that they were willing to give me such a GREAT price on the Volt. I was expecting to receive a very low offer on my trade....however, they gave me a very acceptable and fair offer for my trade. What made the experience even better is that there was NO pressure, No gimmicks, no BS! The entire transaction was so calm and relaxed. I recommend Jerry Haggerty Chevrolet to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. I will be back to do business again in the future. When you go in, ask for Mike Haggerty and/or Rich Kopczynski, they were both great to work with.

Dealing with the utmost respective staff at this chevrolet dealership has been a pleasure all in its own. The prices on the vehicles (and detailing) are unbeatable as far as I see. This is one of the finer dealerships in the chicago area, and at this point in time the cons stand at none. Coming across the location happened to be a pretty good thing.

I had a specific model that I wanted with certain equipment, including a tow package. Rich was able to get the vehicle I wanted at a fair price, as well as a good price for the car I traded in. The dealership was also able to match a great loan rate that I had obtained from my bank. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and professional. I never felt pressured. I will definitely return to this dealer for my next vehicle, since all in all it was a great experience!

We have leased numerous cars from Jerry Haggerty and have had a great experience each time. Everyone is very friendly and helpful in both sales and service departments. We were given comparison figures on buying or leasing options for our recent purchase of the Chevy Cruze for our daughters and chose to go with the lease option. Rich Kopczynski was very helpful in explaining all of the features of the Cruze to us upon our purchase. We recommend Jerry Haggerty to all of our friends and family and will continue to do so in the future

When a car accident recently totalled our Equinox, we knew where we wanted to go - Jerry Haggerty Chevrolet. They were able to locate the new Equinox we wanted and was also had it delivered in a very short amount of time. They went out of their way to get the vehicle with the options we wanted. I and my daughter want to thank you and your staff for helping to secure this auto for her and at this price. This purchase has been the easiest car buy I have ever experienced with no long, drawn out negotiation and back and forth offers and quotes. No good cop, bad cop approach to doing business. It was a welcome relief and Rich was great. We appreciated his professional and calm demeanor. The car was already prepped and some paperwork done by the time we arrived. He worked with us and answered all of our questions. Please thank Rich, your finance guy (I forget his name -- he was great too). The store manager came by and chatted with us. He was very friendly. I will certainly contact you for the next car/truck I buy and will pass the word. Thanks again.

My Review of Jerry Haggerty Chevrolet:
I was referred to Rich by my parents who also purchased an equinox in 2009. They mentioned that Rich was great and very helpful. He definitely lived up to his reputation. He initially met with us in January and we test drove the Equinox. He answered all of our questions (we had a ton) and we were also able to meet Joe his manager. Both Rich and Joe went above and beyond addressing all of our questions and concerns (we were first time car buyers). Rich even followed up with me via a phone call which was very thoughtful. Their service and dilligence were not forgotten, because in February we came back and committed to purchasing the Equinox. I love my new car, it drives like a dream! I would definitely recommend Rich, Joe and Haggerty Chevrolet to anyone! (I am a tough critic on customer service because my job is based on teaching sales and customer service for a big bank, and I would give them an A+)

When i got at the dealership Rich helped me out right away. he was friendly form when i got to the dealership to when i left. he explained to me everything and answered any and all questions i had. i was lucky to find someone as helpful and kind as Rich. Thanks to Rich i was able to drive out in a new chevy traverse. i will recomend him to all my family and friends.
