The service at Long McArthur was excellent! Our sales professional Rick Rein was very personable. He and finance manager Lee Davis worked to get us a great deal. I would definitely recommend Long McArthur to others and would come back to purchase another vehicle when necessary. The freebies they throw in are a nice bonus as well. Great staff, comfortable place, and nice vehicles! Our 2008 Chevy Trailblazer runs/drives excellent!!

My Review of Long McArthur, Inc.:
Rick Rein was one of the most professional saleman i've every dealt with. He was respectful and provided space while my browsing of vehicles occured. If this salesman didn't know an answer to a question i asked, he was honest with me said "I don't know the answer to your question, but i will certainly find out and get back with you", which he did in little time at all. Rick's customer service is what car salesmans should be mirrored around. I will definitely provide my business again with this salesman-Rick Rein.
