Rob and the Long McArthur team went above and beyond to close the deal. They were honest, upfront and quick. They wanted to make the deal, but at the same time make sure I was completely satisfied. We were able to complete the deal over the phone and I did not need to set foot in the dealership. They arranged for a driver to meet me halfway from IL, get the new car I wanted and make sure everything went flawless! Need more dealerships like this!

I enjoy the selection, service and quality of cars Long McArthur offers. I have never had trouble with repairs, service, finance or warranty. Rob Peterman returns calls and emails promptly while providing excellent service, even when he's not working. Buying a Ford-Certified preowned is the only way for me to go.
I had a nice visit with Lee in finance and the after market guy as well.
Thanks for the lime green fiesta. It's everything I was expecting. I imagine I will be back in 3 years for something better. Thanks for all you did for me as I crawl out of my bad credit hole. Rob found me a car when no one else would some time ago. I also appreciate Long McArthur as they do a lot of the Salina community. As long as I live here, I will be faithful to your car shop.

Rob is a really nice salesman to work with. He wasn't pushy but was really understanding and patient. He worked with me to get a good price on my car and to get everything to worked out great. The salespeople were really friendly and helpful. They really seemed to care about their customers and potential customers.

This is the second brand new vehicle we have purchased from Long McArthur in Salina Kansas and from salesman Rob Peterman. We feel as if he really listens to what we are wanting in a vehicle and has made it happen in the price range that we're comfortable with.
