Recently purchased new vehicle from dealership. Mazda sales staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating. Transaction paper work was well assembled and thorough, yet simplified. This was my third Mazda purchase from this dealership and I would absolutely recommend this dealership. Don Robinette did an exceptional job assisting with vehicle selection and delivery.

Salesmen Don Robinette and Kirk Ross have represented this business very well each and every time I have visited the dealership or spoken with them by phone.

From the website visit, to the initial contact on the phone, to the showroom visits, everything went very smoothly. Kirk Ross stayed well past closing to assist me on the Saturday before Easter, and was extremely professional and courteous. Ryan was very efficient with the financial process. And, John was great in providing the VW specifics. It was a pleasant experience all around.

The ease of purchasing, the friendliness of the sales personnel as well as the service department is the BEST of any dealership we have ever purchased from. I can only say good things about the staff to include Mike, Kirk, Andy, Rob, Ryan etc as well as the friendly service staff - Vickie was a pleasure to work with.
We are true Bill Britt customers and will be back!!

My Review of Bill Britt Mazda/Volkswagen:
I went to both Ford and Chevy on the same street and in the same area then my wife and I went to Bill Britt Maszda in Fredericksburg, Virginia. I got stright talk right up front the way the dealership worked. They allowed us the most for our used vehicles and gave us the best price on a 2010 CX7, I am a Maszda owner now, my son ownes a CX9 and my daughter owns a CX7 also and both are very happy with the vehicles and the way they were treated at the dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone looking for a great deal and a great price. Kirk Ross is one of the most professional salepersons I have meet in the last 15 years buying vehicles. I want to say thank you to Kirk for his professionslism and the way he treated us from the first momment we met. I know he will do very well in the future, he just has what it takes to get the job done. You guys have a great summer and take care. Once again many thanks for everything.

My Review of Bill Britt Mazda/Volkswagen:
This was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I already had a deal in place at another dealership for a used vehicle and just went to Bill Britt to make sure I was getting the best deal possible for me. Not only was I given a better deal at BIll Britt, but was able to buy a brand new type of vehicle I was going to get at the other dealership with the same amount of money I had to put down as well as a better interest rate. The salesperson, John Batt and Ryan (finance manager) were very pleasant and keep me in the loop and were entertaining during the whole process. The staff are real believers in the Lord and true christians, so I felt really comfortable during the process that they weren't just trying to stuff a deal down my throat. Very good dealership with a large selection and HIGHLY recommended!
