Everyone we meet at Newbold was very friendly. They must treat their employees very well for them to be so happy. Mr. Chip Braden made the experience of buying our new RAV4 the best car buying experience we have ever had. He knows the product and is patient and takes as much time as needed when showing you a car. We highly recommend anyone looking for a new Toyota to go see Chip at Newbold.

Mike Schmitt is up-front, honest and went the extra mile to help me obtain the SUV I wanted. Not only was the customer service excellent but Mike actually listens to his customers and enjoys helping them secure their future vehicle. Tony Hopkins in the finance department was most efficient and topped off the excellent customer service. Thank you Newbold for an easy and fun shopping experience. I will most definitely be a repeat customer!

We would rate Niebold Toyota to everyone if you are looking for a new or used car and want a great experience while searching for it and closing the purchase

Our experience with Dan Molitor during our purchase of a 2008 Toyota Avalon was such a pleasant one. Dan was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain anything that we asked about. Although we arrived at 5:30 in the evening at the beginning of a holiday weekend, he did not rush us or make us feel that we were coming at an inconvenient time. We plan to keep our new purchase for a number of years but when the time does come to replace it, we only hope we find a sales person like Dan to assist us. Although we live in the west county area of St. Louis, the drive was well worth it to have the easy and comfortable experience such as the one we had. Thanks Dan!

When we had made the decision to purchase the car, Tony Hopkins helped us with all of the closing paperwork and was also very pleasant to work with and explained each and every paper that we needed to sign, making sure we received a copy of each one for our records. Everything went smoothly and quickly.

The whole experience was great!

My Review of Newbold Toyota Scion:
I used to dread the car buying experience until I went to Newbold Toyota where I just bought a 2011 Toyota Camry. It was the best experience I have ever had buying a new car! I am 58 years old and have bought many cars in my life. The salesman was fantastic! He drove all the way from O'Fallon to Edwardsville to pick me up at Enterprise Leasing. He even drove me to my house to get my car title. I was so impressed with his willingness to go the "extra mile." Then I could not believe the great deal that I got on my car (0% financing). You can't get a better deal than that. The finance manager was also very helpful in explaining the numbers and the advantage of the maintenance plan. If I take my car in for service I get a rental car to drive. How great is that? I also get free oil changes and tire rotations. You have got to give this dealership a try. I promise that you will not be disappointed!

John Scheib spent a lot of time with us to let us test drive and experience the Prius we ended up buying. This amount of time and his knowledgeable information helped overcome our unfamiliarity with this wonderful, complicated vehicle, and make a decision to purchase. Tony Hopkins in the Finance department was most efficient and streamlined the paperwork process for us. We had not purchased a new vehicle in over 16 years... Newbold helped make this complex process a most pleasant experience. Thank you.
