My Review of Hickory Hollow Carnival Kia:
By far, the best car purchase experience I have ever had! The sales consultant knew I was looking at other makes of cars and he did not pressure me into a quick sale nor did he write me off as a no-sale. On our 4th trip to see him, I left with my new Optima. The sales consultant went way above & beyond to get me the exact car that I wanted. I wanted a specific color (exterior and interior) along with specific amenities. The dealership had to get what I wanted from the factory.

I feel like family... a member of the "Kia Family." I love my new car & am proud to drive it. It is BEAUTIFUL & turns a lots of heads! It was well worth the wait. Thanks for the whole experience!

My Review of Hickory Hollow Carnival Kia:
Carnival Kia is a magical place! I just loved accidentally finding such a great car and dealership! Wayne Upshur was fantastic guy to deal with and I wanted badly to immediately trade in the old Subaru and buy the gorgeous & very reasonably priced titanium Soul he showed me and knew everything about and that was so much fun to drive, but much to my frustration, it took my husband much, much longer to see what was obvious to me. Wayne assured me he would find me that same car when the time came. Finally, 2 months later, when husband FINALLY got on board, Wayne did what he said he would and got me the almost identical car within hours. After a very nice and short business transaction with Wayne and Travis, I was driving my new car home (with a full tank of gas) and a card for a free first oil change! The only tiny difference in the two cars was first one had window rainguards and mine didn't and I really wanted them, so Wayne quickly got them for me and this afternoon I went to Carnival and in no time the great service people had them installed! Wayne also offered to hook up my Bluetooth so I know he'll do that for me, too. I just look forward to going back for scheduled maintenance and eventually my next Kia because everything just seems to run so smoothly and efficiently there and people do what they say they will.

We were treated very well by all the staff. Wayne was able to show us the vehicles we wanted to see. The focus was always on the price of the vehicle and not what we wanted for a "monthly payment". In the end, the financing took longer than we're used to, our payment was less than what was originally discussed. I would definitely recommend this dealership to our friends.

My Review of Hickory Hollow Carnival Kia:
The first new car I ever bought was the Kia Optima, purchased from the Rivergate store. I have just purchased my 2nd Kia from the Hickory Hollow store and decided on the Kia Forte Koup, which I absolutely love !
I had a fantastic salesman, Wayne Upshur, who was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. He made the normally daunting task of buying a new car very smooth and easy. The finance guy (dont remember his name) was also very friendly and efficient.
So, thank you Wayne and Kia Hickory Hollow ! I look forward to coming to this dealership again and getting yet another Kia in the future !
