Hi, my name is Zac Engel. I've been with Honda for 4 years as a Service Advisor / Estimator. I have spent a total of 14 years in the automotive industry. During my years here with Honda I have become Silver, Gold and Platinum certified. When it comes my philosophy for customer service I believe that , honesty and integrity will lead to customer satisfaction.

During my time away from the dealership I have several interest. I'm an avid OSU fan rooting them on during football and basketball season. Fly fishing is another way I unwind and technology is something I keep myself busy with.

My Review of Germain Honda of Dublin:
Zac is friendly and greets customers with a smile. I feel like a valued customer whether I am having major service done or a bulb changed. He is knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I might have. He makes sure to return any phone messages in a timely manner. I plan on returning for future service because of the excellent service I have received in the past and continue to receive. I would and have recommended this dealership because of my overall experiences and employees like Zac.
