He went over every little detail of the vehicle and we did sign the P$S that day. He actually delivered it to the following week after it was detailed. There was no pressure to purchase if we felt it wasn't what we were looking for.

I purchased my 2024 Acura RDX on October 22nd and have been very satisfied with the purchase. When I arrived to Metro West Acura I had no intention to purchase the RDX on that day. My sales Rep Stephanie Pimental was so helpful and professional answering all my questions and request that I end up making the deal. Feeling confident that I made the correct decision. I highly recommend Stephanie and not only thru the purchase was so helpful but since then I have contacted her a few times asking her questions on my vehicle and she is prompt with answering and assuring me I am taken care of.

This was my first time at Herb Connolly and it was an impressive experience. From ease of scheduling online to the professionalism of the staff (Aeryn Kiewicz was my rep) to quotes provided on handheld devices to the waiting area which had a separate room which made it easier to get work done, everything about the experience was fantastic. Aeryn also did a great job of following up proactively a few days later with a quote for a replacement part that my vehicle needs.

Outstanding Customer Service – Above and Beyond! I recently purchased a driver-side sun visor from the Infiniti of Norwood parts department and tried to install it myself in the parking lot. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the right tools, and the electrical cable slipped up into the headliner—completely out of reach. Feeling stuck, I went into the service department to ask for help. Even though the team was in the middle of a meeting (Anthony Tippett Jr., Fernando Diaz and Dominique), they immediately stopped to listen to my situation and jumped into action. Anthony took the initiative and instructed Dominique (I hope I have his name right) to take my car into the service bay and had a technician finish the installation for me. The whole process took less than ten minutes, and when I offered to pay for the labor, Dominique politely refused. It’s rare these days to find such genuine, helpful service, especially for something small. Their professionalism and kindness made a huge impression on me. My first experience with Acton Toyota was when they helped me locate a reasonably priced used Toyota sienna to help with our move from Boston to Acton. Normally this would not be so impressive, but this was in the middle of the pandemic when used vehicles were very hard to come by and super expensive. Since then we have acquired two more Toyotas in our family, and all three have been serviced capably and reliably by the folks at Acton Toyota for the last five years. The capstone to this story is that I have just leased my newest vehicle from them, a 2025 RAV4 PHEV, Which they also helped me procure when stock was very thin on the ground during the run up to the rebates expiring. They helped me find one and get into it just before the rebates went away. They have always been very clear and helpful with their communications, the sales team is never hard-sell in any way, the service department Always provides clear explanations of their estimates and the repairs they plan to do, and all in all we are very happy being a four Toyota family with Acton Toyota!

DAVE SACCO is the THE BEST SALES GUY TO WORK WITH. He clearly understands the tech and is willing to explain it and then have you come back for a "masterclass". He has been around a long time. He will go the extra mile to make sure he gets you the best deal (especially if you know your numbers). He does not behave like a typical sales person. Its like he is on a personal missiion to make you happy and satisfied , he did- Definately not true of some other sales folks at this or other dealerships. Last, he is really bright and amusing to chat with (kind of a bonus for me). Well worth the time, but let him know if you have something in the oven! He's good with that. Ha Ha!
