This was my first service appointment after buying my car a year ago and I couldn’t be happier. Matt Roy kept me in the loop as to specifics including timing & cost- and they finished ahead of schedule.

Our salesman, Paul Scannell, was extremely knowledgeable and transparent, making a large purchase very informative and easy. During the process he even went above and beyond by using the 15 minutes of waiting time while the manager finished the financial paper work to contact our insurance company and make sure our insurance was covered and transferred to the new car.

I came in to have my '13 Silverado serviced and Matt Kronk in Sales showed me a low miles '24 Blazer that fit my current needs. This is the third vehicle I purchased from Colonial, their previously owned cars have been excellent choices. I have found the Sales Dept to be low pressure and Service Dept willing to fix any issues, even provide shuttle service. I also ordered a roof rack that Erik H helped me pick out and order.
