As a repeat customer--my wife and kids all drive - Adam B

As a repeat customer--my wife and kids all drive Subarus--it's always a great experience with Premier Subaru. Bob Alvine’s team is one of the most professional in the car industry and his Middlebury location is exceptional. Led by General Manager Carmine, and senior associate Craig Collins, they made my recent car buying experience easy and painless, especially knowing I’m getting one of the best vehicles in the country.

This was the most enjoyable car buying experience that I ever had, and I'm 62! LOL!. There was no pressure, no paperwork funny business and will certainly buy from them again. Christa was a very thoughtful and professional sales woman and made the whole process very easy and enjoyable! So glad to see that family owned dealerships still exist. We love our certified preowned Escalade!

Exceptional customer service from start to finish. - petecooks

Exceptional customer service from start to finish. What a fantastic experience I had at Mercedes Benz of Goldens Bridge. From the minute you walk in the door, there is a warm and welcoming vibe, starting with Jackie, the receptionist. She greeted me in a professional, friendly manner and after a brief chat, brought me to my meeting with Rey Baker. Rey, the GM of the dealership, was incredible! He gave me so many options and discussed numerous ways for me to continue my relationship with Mercedes Benz. He was friendly, fair and made me feel like I had been dealing with him and this dealership for years! Next I met Victor Varga, my sales rep who showed me the car I was most interested in and gave me a complete and thorough breakdown of the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about my car as well as MB in general and provided all sorts of info without being pushy. After making my final decision, I was introduced to the business manager Joe Prudente, who went through all the financial info in a clear and concise manner. He didn't rush anything but also moved through the lengthy process at a great pace. And when I asked him to explain something a second time, he didn't hesitate. My overall experience at MB of Goldens Bridge was outstanding. First class in every way! I highly recommend Rey Baker, Victor Varga and everyone at this dealership. They are top notch people who will make your car buying experience very pleasant.

Dealership is clean and well organized. - deecoyle520

Dealership is clean and well organized. In sales, everyone is friendly and attentive. I have not used their service dept. yet. I travel from NY to this dealership, been buying cars from them since 2023. I always ask for Adam Dean, I like his mannerism, he remembers you, and knows what you like or are looking for. Very easy transaction, never an issue. Got a great lease/trade in deal. For as long as he is in drivable distance, Id always choose him and this dealership.

We recently bought a new 2026 MDX at this dealership. - Valeria Perez

We recently bought a new 2026 MDX at this dealership. The whole experience was smooth, stress-free. We highly recommend asking for Mike Uhlman as your salesman. He was very helpful, professional and explained all the features, options, and packages in a way that made everything clear and easy to understand. Mikes customer service is top notch. No pressure during sale and paperwork was quick and easy. We were looking for the liquid carbon metallic color with the red interior they didn’t have it but he went out his way to make that happen for us so we were very pleased about that. Overall, we highly recommend this dealership but don’t forget to ask for Mike Uhlman so that you can get the best experience! You wont be disappointed : )

Recently purchased a 2022 forester wilderness in geyser - Adam

Recently purchased a 2022 forester wilderness in geyser blue from John Melchiore! He provided seriously stellar service and worked with me to get the exact deal I wanted. John spent spent 2 days with me to get me what I wanted. If you get the chance talk to the owner Joe! He’s a stand up guy and a Veteran! He took time out of his day time telling me about his service and years defending the country before I even spent a Penny there. I love supporting local veteran owned businesses and this fit the bill! If you guys want genuine old school customer service go here. Long term support Update: I cannot say enough good things about Quality Subaru. Joe, the owner, and John Dillon went way above and beyond any reasonable scope of work to ensure I was taken care of. It is incredibly rare to find this level of dedication these days. They both genuinely care about their customers and took a personal interest in making sure everything was 100% correct. If you want to do business with people who operate with true integrity and put their customers first, this is the place. Thank you, Joe and John! Cheers! Adam

I had such a great experience purchasing my car from Park - a.estrella.325

I had such a great experience purchasing my car from Park City Ford. From start to finish, the entire process felt comfortable, easy, and stress-free. I never felt pressured to make a decision, and I never felt like I was being haggled or treated like just another sale. What really stood out to me was how valued I felt as a customer. Everyone was helpful, respectful, and willing to answer my questions without ever making me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I’ve had the opposite experience at dealerships before, where I felt pressured or made to feel like I didn’t understand the process, so this was a refreshing change. The team at Park City Ford made buying my car feel like a positive experience rather than a stressful one. I truly felt respected and appreciated throughout the entire process. I would absolutely recommend Park City Ford to anyone looking for a dealership where you can feel comfortable, informed, and genuinely valued as a customer.
