My Review of All Pro Auto Mall:
They talk up their cars as though they are great runners, with most everything working fine. But they give dishonest explanations of their cars. They list them on ebay.

When you win the car and show up to buy it, if you decide it's junk and want out, they will not refund your money.

They keep changing their id's on ebay. It was 412jackie. Now it's a4dableautos. They've listed their location now as Washington country instead of cannonsburg.

They do not have an accredited rating by BBB. The BBB has received complaints on them. They were reported to the AG by me and many others. Why the AG does not suspend their PA vehicle sales licenses is beyond me.

Anyway, if you do a review guide on ebay for 412jackie, you will find a repport on them as well. Very unprofessional. She used profanity and screamed at me over the phone the whole time I remained calm.

In a nutshell, I bought a Mazda 626 that was not as described. When I called to report the problems (a wheel rubbing noise on extreme left turns, and a battery that drains dead each night no matter how new it is), they just yelled at me and they would not help me at all.

Do not buy from these people unless you get a low price and don't be upset if their description does not match the car.

I had to go into bankruptcy. 1st they sent this very rude EPO boy (probably 18 yrs old) who stood out side my window calling me a dead beat and other derogatory remarks. I advised him I was in bankruptcy by no fault of my own and he took the car although he was not to.
They did bring th ecar back but disconnected the battery cables just enough so that it ran once and then I could not get it started leaving me stranded not knowing what they had done and i had to call AAA.
Now the car is paid off, over a year now and I cannot get them to send me the title. I have even had my attorney contact them.

These guys are back selling on Ebay as nitemares724--how appropriate. If anyone buys from them, that is what they are in for. They have had so many bad reports and been suspended from Ebay numerous times--they just change their seller name and keep on going. When is someone going to shut them down??? Please beware of this dealership. Do your homework and if you go ahead and buy from them--you can't say you weren't warned.

Well, they ripped me off good. Sold me a lemon and told me to get it inspected. Would not pay for the inspection after they said they would. Then they said the warranty would pay. It did not either. I finally paid for it myself. Three days after getting the car back after 2 months of being stranded, I broke down on the parkway. Had to be towed. It needed head gaskets. They traded me for a car that is older and had more miles. They never sent the paperwork to Harrisburg and reposessed my car. Why are they still in business?

I am so glad for the information technology and the internet. Had I not had a bad sense about this dealership and done my homework, we too may have been suckered in by these folks. Always trust your 1st impression. I hate pushy car salesman, but these guys didn't even bother to show us the car. They tossed us the keys and basically told us to have at it. My son and I checked the car over thoroughly, but noticed some of the same things others have. Specifically, that the inspections stickets shown on AutoTrader as current were now removed (and we were told they get the cars that way) and that the car had NO gas. Before proceeding with a purchase, we were going to have our own mechanic look the car over. But after reading what I did today, we decided it just wasn't worth the risk. The last thing my son ( a college student) needs is to get involved in something where the investment is bad and he has to worry about putting money into the car.

In addition, it appears their 1st priority is not sales, not only b/c they did not bother to show us the car, but they had quite a "skeevy" bunch of characters hanging around the office on a Saturday afternoon. Perhaps this dealership, among other things, is a front for something else? Needless to say, after doing our homework we decided against this dealership. Not only does this site list them poorly, but so does Ebay and the Ripoff Report. And they are NOT a member of the BBB. No thank you!

I'm glad this is coming to light. I leased a 1996 Lexus ES300 from them in 2000. I initially spoke with them over the phone and was scheduled to come in to check out the car. When I got there all the paper work had been drawn up and I was pressured into accepting the car. When it was brought to me it was not even clean, and the gas tank only contained about a quarter tank of gas. I accepted the car being that it was a Lexus, and nothing else seemed to be wrong with it. They only gave me the option to lease it "As Is", with no warranty. Shortly after I noticed that sometimes after starting the car up it smoked terribly from the exhaust pipe, indicating a head gasket problem. They wouldn't do anything about it. I paid $399.00 a month for this car for 2 years, and when I was 2 weeks late on payment THEy REPOED ME!!! When I called them to retrieve the car that I had invested so much in, they told me that I would have to buy it outright for $34,000.00, even though I already had over $12,000.00 invested in it. I told them that I would cut my losses and they could keep it.

I also have to mention that one day I went to the Canonsburg store to pay my bill. Upon arriving I noticed 2 guys, who looked like they were straight out of the Sopranos, sitting right in front of the store at the desk in front of the plate glass window INSPECTING WATCHES AND JEWELRY!!! As a matter of fact, ALL of their employees are Italian. This is when I finally realized that they are just a mob front and not legitimate auto dealers. I just hope they don't find out who I am and come after me for writing this review. DO NO DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

I have nothing good to say about my experience at All Pro Auto Mall. The best part about my experience was that it was a short one. Unlike some other unlucky people who actually bought from these "crooked carnies", I realized that they were phonies before I bought anything! Like everyone else reported about doing business with these jerks, make sure to do your homework before buying anything at all and being sorry. I read about one of their cars on the internet, so decided to go in to test drive it. Apparently it was too cold for their fat asses to actually walk with me through their lot and they were even too lazy to fill their cars up with gas so people could test drive them at all. The 1st car I went to test drive he said had 62,000 miles...I went to get in the car and the keyless entry did not work and then the battery was completely dead. He had someone (obviously not himself) jump the car just for me to test drive, and after all that the car was on empty!! No gas at all!! After driving the car for about 1 mile up the street I realized that the car had about 25,000 more miles then DJ told me. I guess he figured that because I am a 25 yr. old female that I would just take his word for it! Not only was this car on empty, but so were the next 2 vehicles I attempted to test drive!! Finally, I found an SUV that I liked, but could not test drive. I went home to research the car with my fiance on Carfax by typing the VIN number in. We found out that All Pro had obviously messed with the cars obdometer reading because it was 20,000 miles off from the previous owner. It went from having 93,000 miles to having 73,000 miles on their lot!!! I e-mailed all of this information to DJ and when I called the next day the SUV was all of a sudden sold!! Sold???! I highly doubt it, but thanks anyway for doing me the favor of not letting me buy from your crooked asses!! After DJ told me that the car was sold, I went on to explain what we found out about the milage on Carfax. He blamed the error on Harrisburg and said that someones finger slipped on the keyboard and put a 9 instead of a 7!! Then, he went on to call me names and say that I was a stupid little girl that did not know when to keep my mouth shut!! Everyone that works for this Vince man that I have heard so much about, has apparently been taught how to lie and con people into buying pathetic vehicles bought from an auction. These young kids that call themselves salesman will say and do anything to get a sale. Ask them to knock $2,000 off the sticker price...they will say "no problem! We will even throw in a 4-year unlimitted mile warranty," but the car probably will not even make it home. I bet these guys could not even sell to their own friends and family because of their reputation. I would say just to be careful and do your homework before buying from these crooks, but actually I would suggest just going somewhere else altogether.

These guys are fruit cakes nobody should buy their vehicles, this fat pig on a chair thinks he's a king, i bet he goes home and eats his ice cream and beats on his wife, i have read so many complaints it makes me sick. Companies like thi should be buried in the ground and it would also be great publicity for them to get shut down..

WENT DOWN AND TALKED TO JD. I WAS INTERESTED IN A 2004 FORD FI50 4X4. I WENT IN AND ASKED ABOUT THE VEHICLE J.D. TOLD ME IT HAD 70K MILES AND NO ONE GETS TURNED DOWN FOR FINANCE. SO I GATHERED MY INFORMATION AND TITLE FOR MY VEHICLE AND HEADED DOWN. I LATER COME TO FIND OUT THE VEHICLE HAD 115K MILES AND HE WAS TRYING TO RIP ME OFF FOR $19,999. IM GLAD I READ THESE REVIEWS IT SAVED ME TONS OF PROBLEMS ESPECIALLY WITH A BABY ON THE WAY!!!

Do your homework before you buy anything from ALL PRO AUTO MALL. These guys are the bigest bunch of con men that I have ever seen. They sold me a vehicle that DJ said had been serviced. However, all four tires were dry rotted. I didn't have the vehicle 2 weeks and I had to have a new battery put in. A couple days later, I had more electrical problems. DJ told me I could bring the vehicle back after I had it fixed. I took it to several garages and they all said the same thing: the warranty they sell you with their junk vehicles don't really cover electrical problems. My husband called and talked to the con man in charge, VINCE, and told him that no one would really accept the warranty. He told my husband that he was an f*cking asshole and that he wanted to knock his face in. Great businessman, huh? When my husband mentioned how they were thrown out of the BBB, he said that didn't mean shit to him. If you are going to buy from these crooks, be careful. Google them and see how many complaints come up against them. They don't tell the truth about anything. The people that work there have no morals. They probably can't get a job anywhere else. Hopefully, someone will put them out of business.
