They told me that they had finaced the car i bought the car home it needed brakes and back rotors i purched the rotors and brakes and had them put on two days later they said that they couldnt get finacing i asked the for my money for the brakes and rotors they told me they would refund my money when i bring the car back when i got to the lot they told me that they did not refund money and would not and have not given me my money back.Acted like they didnt know what i was talking about. I was very upset

My Review of All Pro Auto Mall:
I want to post this because I have been to this dealership twice with hopes that they have changed their attitude towards people. I have lived in Canonsburg my entire life. Here is some interesting facts. Think about when you visited this dealership..... not a very nice area to do any type of business in right??? Well that's because it has mysteriously caught on fire TWICE!!!!! The first building was a pretty nice one and Vasko Jeep used to be there. The building that they are using for business now is the old Four Star Pizza shop!! I understand that I am a woman walking around looking for a car but I shouldnt have to be treated like I'm just garbage. Obviously that is why their cars are still sitting on their lot. A friend of mine also used to work for these a@*holes. She bought a car off of them because she worked there. They repossessed her car and two weeks later she found out that she could have kept it because all their financing was illegal!!! Great dealership right? Spread the word!!!

My Review of All Pro Auto Mall:
I have been looking for a used vehicle for awhile and All Pro Auto Mall keeps coming up in my search using Autotrader.com. I made a visit there, and NO ONE came outside. I did meet up with a couple also looking and they basically told me to leave and do my homework. Then I found this site. THANK YOU for your honest opinions. I would not have financed the car from them, but I could have purchased one. But no one was interested in approaching me at all from their sales team. And the cars are dirty and scratched up. The one I wanted to drive even had a spider web built on the side mirror, so I know that car has not had too much attention. I feel for all of you who lost money on this place. I thank everyone for their opinions and this website for sharing them with the rest of us.

Went there a couple years ago due to there "we are the bank deal" we walked in to ask about a few cars and fatso vince says "you got cash" we said well we want to look first so he waved us away and because it was cold would not even come out to show us any, so we left, thank god we didnt get involved with these crooks.

Another thing--I just notice that when you look for them on this site through the dealer reviews-these reviews posted do not come up--they are listed with 0 reviews with their name all together AllProAutoMall. People will not see all our reviews unless they type in All Pro Auto Mall. I guess we need to start posting about them through the AllProAutoMall name so that people will know the truth about them.

My Review of All Pro Auto Mall:
I have been keeping an eye on these guys ever since I saw them on Ebay. I have reported them several times and got them removed from Ebay twice. They are back on Ebay selling as both shop4cars99 and carseller.724. I reported them again to Ebay but they say there is not enough evidence!!!! Look at the pics and descriptions--building in the background are the same and they are located in Canonsburg, PA. I report them because I have seen many of their cars supposedly sold (some several times) and then come back up for auction. I believe this to be fraudulant-they should use the reserve if they want a certain price for their vehicles. They apparently buy them back and then put them back up at auction. Also, if you look-most of their cars come from New Jersey-so you know they are auction cars and that they don't really know much if anything about these cars and I doubt they put much if any time checking them over. I hope everyone takes caution if they do choose to deal with these people. Read all of the reports on these guys--DO YOUR HOMEWORK--don't get taken. You work hard for your money-don't lose it to these guys.

I had one other quick thought I didn't mention in my previous note. These guys didn't clean their cars out at all. Maybe I did write about that, but it really surprised me. Most dealerships will detail their cars to make them look nice; not these guys! The Vue wasn't bad, but it definitely hadn't been cleaned out very thoroughly, and the Alero was just dirty. Someone had ashed a cigarette in the cup holder, and no one had even taken the 2 seconds to dump that out. And, I was going to look at a third car, a Kia, but it had a flat tire.

Also, like someone else mentioned, both cars I drove had no gas in them. The only other dealership that I dealt with that did that to their cars, the North Hills Auto Mall, didn't even attempt to mask the fact that the cars he's selling are crap. You could tell with his cars as soon as you got on the road that they were junk. At least with the two cars I drove here, it appeared they made some sort of attempt to have it drive well enough to get you to buy it. Either way, I won't buy from someone who had a Channel 4 (WTAE - google it) Action news report about fraud and is being investigated by the SEC. I've had the same experience as everyone else. I didn't buy a car from them, b/c I wanted to do my homework. It seemed like a pretty shady place, but, since I'm not able to pay a lot for a car, I thought I would check it out a little more. Had the same experience that the college kid's mother - they just threw the keys at me and said go take a spin. What if I had walked in and just drove off with a "new" car for myself? If their cars are in as bad of shape as everyone seems to say they are, I can understand why they don't care if anyone steals them. Regardless, when I looked over the two vehicles we checked out, a Saturn Vue and Olds Alero, there were minor issues with each. The Vue had a surging problem when I first started driving it, and at least one of the belts was dried out. The Alero had a rough idle to it. Both vehicles were relatively filthy inside, as compared to other dealers - they didn't even bother to dump the cigarette ashes out of the Alero. Plus, if you search for any information on them on the internet, you will find out it's all bad. I didn't read the whole way through, so I don't know if the suit has been resolved or not, but the owner of the dealership is being sued by the SEC - http://www.sec.gov/litigation/complaints/complr17507.htm Definitely do your homework on these people! Don't buy a car from them.

where do i start first of all i was in the market for a used truck or suv and have bad credit so i went to them and this is what happened i bought a 1999 ford explorer price tag said $6995 so i gave them $1000 down they gave me an intrest rate of 21% then i took it on the chin thinkin that intrest rate wasnt that harsh so any way the vehicle had a squel in the rearend at 55 mph i told them this and they said you already signed and theres nothing wrong with it thats normal anyway i paid on this vehicle for 18 months they tried to tell me that i still owed them almost $5000 buyer beware they are con artists and crooked as an s and sly as a snake i missed one payment and they repossed my suv and told me that the bank droped my loan but they were the finance company they stole my license plate and the plate that i had on the front of my vehicle and told me they didnt know where they were


BUYER BEWARE THEY ARE THIEFS AND CROOKED THEY ALSO ARE STILL LOCASTRO AND ASSOC.

My Review of All Pro Auto Mall:
They talk up their cars as though they are great runners, with most everything working fine. But they give dishonest explanations of their cars. They list them on ebay.

When you win the car and show up to buy it, if you decide it's junk and want out, they will not refund your money.

They keep changing their id's on ebay. It was 412jackie. Now it's a4dableautos. They've listed their location now as Washington country instead of cannonsburg.

They do not have an accredited rating by BBB. The BBB has received complaints on them. They were reported to the AG by me and many others. Why the AG does not suspend their PA vehicle sales licenses is beyond me.

Anyway, if you do a review guide on ebay for 412jackie, you will find a repport on them as well. Very unprofessional. She used profanity and screamed at me over the phone the whole time I remained calm.

In a nutshell, I bought a Mazda 626 that was not as described. When I called to report the problems (a wheel rubbing noise on extreme left turns, and a battery that drains dead each night no matter how new it is), they just yelled at me and they would not help me at all.

Do not buy from these people unless you get a low price and don't be upset if their description does not match the car.
