My Review of All Star Family Ford:
Both Curtis and Shawn were very friendly and patience in answering all the questions we asked. They explained things where we could understand the information.

Curtis went over all the features several times so we could remember what to do ourselves.

Shawn completed all the financial details. Offering us the opportunity to finance if we wanted to take that route.

The number one thing we really appreciated was the fact that they did not "play games" in dealing with us. This made our experience in purchasing the Ford Explorer very positive.

We will definately recommend anyone looking for a new car to visit with them at All Star Family Ford. They did make you feel like "family". It was the best experience we have ever had in purchasing a new automobile.

To Future Auto Buyers,

I truly enjoyed doing business with Curtis Green and Keith Wright during the purchase of my new truck at All Star Ford. Both men were more then willing to do their best to be sure I would leave a satisfied customer. I never felt pressured into making a transaction and there were very patient with regard to me making a decision. Most people want to pay a competitive price and do business in a professional manner. My Review of All Star Family Ford:
We came to All Star Family Ford after leaving another Ford dealership in Amarillo. We told the salesman what we were looking for, the price we needed to pay and the deal was made quickly. When we picked up the new SUV, an employee showed us how to access the sirius code on the radio so we could transfer our account to the new vehicle. I think talking to Sirius took longer than buying the SUV. We got what we wanted in a professional, friendly, no hassle dealership!

Best place to buy a Ford in Amarillo!! Very friendly. Excellent prices and very fair prices given for trade-ins. I have recommended this dealership to family and friends many times. I have even recommeded "Allstar Family Ford" to people who have purchased their Ford at another dealership as their service department is outstanding also!

We sent an email asking for a quote on a new Ford Escape and received a prompt reply. They had what we were looking for and sent pictures of the vehicle. We went buy to see and test drive the Escape. They worked with us on our trade-in value and we were able to make a deal.

At first there was a little confusion of who we were working with but Curtis came out and introduced himself. He didn't pressure us, and Curtis took the time to listen to what we wanted, and the payment we needed. He was able to work out that we got exactly what we were looking for from all-star.
