My Review of Almaden Mazda-Kia:
I purchased a new vehicle from the dealership. After reading the review from other people, I was really reluctant to go. But with it being so close to home, I decided to give it a try.
I had a GREAT experience with the salesperson, we agreed upon a price and stuck to it. When I went into the Finance department I was a little worried, but again my worries were put away with Eric. He was new to the Mazda dealership but been in the business for a while he said. He went over all my options, I didn't purchase anything from him that day, but even then we was professional and kind. I eventually did some research on the products he offered and came back to purchase them from him. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a vehicle without the typical BS from dealerships. I even got a followup call from Eric making sure everything was satisfactory.

My Review of Almaden Mazda-Kia:
I requested a quote through the actual Mazda website and Kathi's assistant, Julianna, called me. I wasn't sure about when my parents were going to get me the Mazda3 and I told her that. She was too pushy. Called me everyday until we finally came down(about 3 weeks). When we did, Kathi(look-a-like Molly Shannon) was busy with some other people and our appointment was at 12PM. Got there a couple minutes after. We're thinkin 'What the hell?' They gave us a price of 15,300 for a Mazda3 i, but we found an ad in the paper for the same car, but with power windows & etc. for only 15,488... Trying to rip us off already... We got the car with the power, but we were there until like almost 4! The people weren't rude to us, but looked at us like we were a low income family cuz we had a beat up Corolla.. We paid in full with cash. So blah on them. I don't think we even spoke to Kathi for more than 5 minutes at a time. She was trying to multi-task with the other people she was helping, but seemed to be of more assistance to them. And Julianna arrived late, but same situation. My parents and I sat at the table filling out papers by ourselves and waited for them to come back for questions we had. Horrible...

My Review of Almaden Mazda-Kia:
i forgot the actual sales person name, but GLEN WILLIAM pretented he was his maneger and continue to work the dollars value with me, i told them i dont have that much time but i will think about treir offer..<br>on my way out, i was inside my vehicle Glen, tap on my window and handed me a RAZZOR BLADE and telling me he was helping me out to commit suicide if i shop somewher else..........<br>this happen on dec 17, 2004. 1300 hours in front of about 4 sales person and they just laught...<br>i talked to Rick ( General Maneger ) he said the best he could do is to suspend Glen for one week because of his background of number one sales person.....(but i dont know if this happen) he also mailed me $250 dollars to shut me up<br>i called MAZDA corporate office they told me they &quot;will note it down&quot; but will not do anything about it because they have no control of who the dealer hired ( BS in my book ) if ther is a ZERO in this rating it will be ALMADEN MAZDA DEALER i connot belive the OWNER (i think its Mr. Del Grande) of this dealer will allow this type of BS to happen ..........with a slap on the hand who is to say this Glen William will not do it again IT COULD HAPPEN TO YOU...<br> Gino <br>
