After having an awful experience at another NJ Audi Service Department, I had my car towed from there to Audi Newton. My experience at Newton was the complete opposite. At Newton I was treated with respect and care from my initial contact. The Service Manager, Anthony, made me feel comfortable that my car was in good hands and that he was willing to help me with problems I was having with my car. The other members of the service team that I spoke with, Marc and Kisha were always pleasant and happy to help as well.
I would highly recommend this Service Department.

Driving in the Newton NJ area on November 21, 2016, a strange light appeared on my dashboard on my 2010 Volkswagen CC. Extremely concerned, I pulled into Newton Audi parking lot where I met a very polite employee who told me someone will come out to help. Within seconds, Marc Scalera came out & looked at the icon on my dash & knew what to do. He suggested that I get out of the car so that he could fix the problem. I waited in the beautiful showroom and within 15 minutes, he drove my car to the front of the dealership to tell me all was fixed with no charge. It was a tire pressure issue but I know that any other dealership would have charged "big time". Thank you Marc Scalera.
