I was very impressed with the friendliness of all the staff and by the knowledge of my sales consultant Lauren. I was pleased with having a woman sales consultant versus a man since I am a woman myself. I have purchased from Automax before which was why I chose them again and they exceeded my expectations in their customer service once again. This was by far my best experience in visiting and purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. I will definately tell people where to go and who to see when they go to purchase their next vehicle as well as myself in the future. Automax has gained a lifetime customer!

When I found my car online and emailed a few questions I got a phone call within five minutes from Jennifer Luck. She was very knowledgeable and kind. She made me an appointment for a test drive over the phone.. After I got there and Tim Taff was right there to greet me. He answered every question I had and made sure I left driving my car that day... Thank you Jennifer and Tim you are awesome!

This dealership is head and shoulders above any of the dealerships next to them. The staff was very friendly and made it very apparent they are people first before salesman. Cyndy Burris helped us and we had met other staff members that were just as courteous and welcoming as Cyndy was. We went in looking for 1 car and walked out with 2 cars and extremely happy. I urge other dealerships to spend some time with this staff and take serious notes. I am recommending this dealership to anyone I know that is looking for a new car!

We went in to look at a used car for our daughter. Sonja greeted us immediately and very pleasantly. The person we had been told to ask for when we originally called in was assisting another customer so Sonja took us out for the test drive and got the sale. I'm really glad she ended up being our salesperson, she is extremely nice! Everyone there was very relaxed and friendly, including our finance guy, and the process didn't seem to take as long as it does at other dealerships!

We came in with our children in tow, looking to get in and out and find a reasonably priced economic vehicle. Although the lot had suffered a hail storm and fire, we were well taken care of as we were guided through the vehicles on site. We had come in with a very strict budget in mind, knowing how much we wanted to spend and having been pre-qaulified for that amount. We did ultimately spend more than we were planning, but we got a great deal on a low mileage car and even a month later are still happy with our purchase. I truely felt that everyone we worked with worked hard to earn our business and get us a good deal! I would recommend AutoMax Norman to my friends and family.

Positive energy within dealership. They were extremely persuasive about a car, but not pushy. I felt great after my Hyundai purchase. They got me the exact car I wanted at a very reasonable price.

We had an older Nissan maurno that was in bad shape, we didn't think that we would be able to get into a new car for the price we wanted. I used the website to look for a model that we liked then used the text message service to talk with Jennifer Luck who I told what we were looking for. I told her our budget and what we wanted and she was honest and helped us determine before we ever got there that we would be able to do something. Our salesperson Grant was fantastic he helped us get into a new 2013 Tuscon for below the price we asked. The dealership was fair and honest with us and both me and my wife were very happy with our experience. I would recommend this dealership over any other that I have used, and will return when I am ready to make another vehicle purchase.

We had a great experience with Matt at the dealership. Everyone involved was super friendly and helpful. This was my daughter's first car buying experience and she had her mind set on a certain car at a certain price. Matt was AMAZING !! He helped us find the perfect car. The financing was right in line but to make it even better, I received a call early the next week with a BETTER interest rate and lower payments!! AWESOME!! When we went back to redo paperwork, we were welcomed like family!! Overall, this was the perfect car buying experience. I recommend Matt and everyone involved in our purchase to anyone looking for a fun shopping and buying experience!!!
