The staff was wonderful!!! made me feel at ease getting into the car i wanted. The sales girls seemed to work their hardest to get me the best deal they could. Dawnita and Lauren make a great team, and have a wonderful attitude towards customers. I have referred other people to this dealership and hope they have just as positive experience i have had.

Buying a car is never an in-and-out process, there is a LOT of stress and back-and-forth that is to be expected with it. Tim was great to work with, I felt like he really was really willing to work with us, and gave us as many price options as possible until we were happy with one. A couple years ago I spend about a month going to every dealership in OKC looking for a car and did not have a single good experience. People just want to sell cars and if you don't buy, they turn on you and become rude in an instant. But Tim understood we had to think about it, and we ended up returning to purchase, and he was a pleasure to work with!

I was a storm victim and went to AutoMax on a referral from a friend to replace a lost vehicle. The staff was courteous, friendly and very personable. They really understood my need for not only a reliable and comfortable vehicle but also my concerns on getting a great deal. At one point while waiting for finance the owner came and sat and chatted with us. I believe that taking pride in your business and meeting your customers is the foundation of a good business. I greatly appreciate all of the staff who worked hard to get me into what I wanted and at the price I wanted to be at. I will continue doing business with AutoMax in Norman and I will definitely refer friends and family their way.

My experience with Automax was positive from the the moment I drove onto the lot. Everyone I had contact with, first Daniel, then Cyndy, and finally Michael Day, was friendly, polite, and respectful. Cyndy answered all of my questions, and, most importantly to me, was not overly aggressive or pushy. I was delighted to purchase my car from Automax, and recommend them without hesitation to anyone in the market for a new car.

I was very impressed with the friendliness of all the staff and by the knowledge of my sales consultant Lauren. I was pleased with having a woman sales consultant versus a man since I am a woman myself. I have purchased from Automax before which was why I chose them again and they exceeded my expectations in their customer service once again. This was by far my best experience in visiting and purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. I will definately tell people where to go and who to see when they go to purchase their next vehicle as well as myself in the future. Automax has gained a lifetime customer!

When I found my car online and emailed a few questions I got a phone call within five minutes from Jennifer Luck. She was very knowledgeable and kind. She made me an appointment for a test drive over the phone.. After I got there and Tim Taff was right there to greet me. This dealership is head and shoulders above any of the dealerships next to them. The staff was very friendly and made it very apparent they are people first before salesman. Cyndy Burris helped us and we had met other staff members that were just as courteous and welcoming as Cyndy was. We went in looking for 1 car and walked out with 2 cars and extremely happy. I urge other dealerships to spend some time with this staff and take serious notes. I am recommending this dealership to anyone I know that is looking for a new car!
