I love my Veracruz and might have purchased another car by now. Except one of your salesmen insulted me so much last year that I never will again. Your dealership should not have any place for egotistical salesmen. Females in this town make thier own money and have brains!! Your service guys are great and very helpful!!
The service is great. I just have a concern that my car is 2014 and I having to replace the same piece of plastic right under the drivers seat, again! I had a Lincoln for 13 years and I never had any quality problems. If I had known about the quality of a few places in the car I probably would have purchased another brand of car. There are lots of things I love about the Santa Fe but sure has some quality issues.

The field service group in Norman is great. Danny Morgan is one of the most knowledgeable service manager's I have been associated with in my 40 plus years of buying cars. He always has been there to help me with getting appointments and answering questions. When I make an appointment they always get my Santa FE in on time. This is my second Santa FE from AutoMax and have had very minimal problems with any car. I average between 100k or higher so this speaks highly of the car. This is the only service department or Car repair business that has ever touch either Santa FE with the exception of new tires and frontend alignment. The Service department has performed all of the schedule maintenance and all of it has be done correctly and on time. It is a rare quality in getting such great service these days. It is good to know I have your department to depend on.
Had an appointment on a Saturday at 1:00pm to get my oil changed and I arrived 30 minutes early so I thought that I will just wait till 1:30pm. But the service department came out at 1250 and said I was ready to fo. Excellent service department.
