My Review of Bart's Car Store:
We always said the next time we would trade vehicles, my wife and I said we'd like to try out Barts Car Store. We we're looking for a 2008 van and the salesman said that the van we we're looking at was a 2008 Chrysler Town & Country van. We test drove it and love it. But when we returned from the drive the saleman commented that he had made a mistake and the van was an 2006 instead, but we loved the van so much we asked him to figure the deal up and we liked that we we're going to save more money and get the van we liked.Barts worked with us,gave us a great deal and by the afternoon came, we left the lot same day with a very nice looking van that we could be proud of and saving money which is important as we are looking to retire next year. With Bart's help we got the van we wanted after all. Thanks to All at Barts Car Store at Anderson.

Made a bad situation better! Needed a and as life would have it I was in a bad position to get one. They really went the whole nine yards to make me feel comfortable with the process AND to get me the financing I didn't think I could get.

This is the second vehicle that i have bought from the anderson location, they employees have been great with me. Kind, funny, talkative and great personalities. I have not had any problems with anyone there and thank they are doing a fantastic job.

My Review of Bart's Car Store:
I have two lasting impressions of dealing with Barts. My first was several months ago after moving to Anderson. I came onto the lot to look at the cars and no one came out of the office.
Now months later i filled out a credit application online to get a pre-approval and i cannot get a response on my approval amount. I visited the car lot last Friday evening with a friend and once again no one came out to assist us. My friend went inside to get help. The guy came out with her and brought the keys to the car i had a interest in, but mentioned on more the one occasion that it was almost time to close for the evening.

I checked out the car and gave Adam a call twice on Saturday to find out what the numbers would be for this particular vehicle. I never received a response.

On Monday i called again to speak to Adam and once again i have not received a return call. Here it is on Tuesday and i just called again, but lo and behold Adam seems to be too busy for me. I will see if he calls this time.

Based on this experience i would never recommend this place to anyone. I will make sure to inform anyone i come in contact with to stay far away!

My Review of Bart's Car Store:
I had been out just checking to see what was available in town, when I drove by Bart's, on a whim I pulled in just to "window shop", Ryan was so helpful, kind, and not pushy - can you believe that - not pushy!!!

Ryan & Ridk made it so easy for me to go through the loan application, approval, and I got to drive my new love home just a short while later, they even stayed past closing so that I could drive home, get my father to come back to pick it up.

The varity was great and I just felt so at ease. I haven't purchased a vehicle from a car lot for close to 25 years!

Will I ever go back to Bart's, you bet, in fact this will probably be the only place I ever car shop again.
