Great experience overall at Bettenhausen! When I entered the dealership I was met with a friendly warm personality (Steve Klimara) that was not pushy at all, he explained their procedure at Bettenhausen and I was very comfortable the whole time. From my test drive without the salesperson to the financing, which was very quick and efficient, it was an overall great experience that I would recommend to anyone. Ryan did a great job in getting me in the right car and was very patient with my color combinations and needs. The process very smooth and professional. This dealership is by far the friendliest and most helpful I have ever encountered. They know how to treat their customers, have a great coffee machine with help to make it work if needed, free bottled water, special events/cookouts, oil change deals, and a clean well kept dealership.

Friendly service and the sales staff was not pushy. It was nice to go into a dealership and not feel like you were being pressured into something you were uncomfortable with. It did take a bit of time to put together the different warranty options and financing, however it worked out in the end. I would recommend visiting Bettenhausen to anyone looking at Jeep's in the future.

Wow! My husband and I were beyond relieved to find Jose! We couldn't have been more stressed with hunting down our new car. We knew we wanted a Jeep but we needed to trade in our BMW as well. Knowing that we were going to be "upside down" on our BMW we were worried about getting the ideal price for the trade so that we would be able to afford a Jeep. Jose was able to get us top dollar for our trade in! Thats when we knew we found our dealer and dealership. As a young couple, we were not even looking to get a new Jeep because at other dealerships they gave us false hope and would play every trick in the book to get a sale. NOT HERE. Jose was extremely helpful and found EXACTLY what we needed for a price we couldn't resist. Honest and down to earth, he catered to our every need and got us into a car we thought we never could have gotten anywhere else. Thanks Jose, you have made our lives so much easier!

Purchasing my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Dave at Bettenhausen was a great experience! I received an excellent deal, with a positive no-pressure atmosphere. I visited all the Jeep dealerships within a 50 mile radius, and Bettenhausen was the best, hands-down. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase a Jeep.
