My Review of Brown's Arlington Nissan:
Make sure you have every promise they make on paper
my keyless entery did not work and I was told me to stop by next week to replace it,thin they told me I have to pay for the battries and if does not work I have to buy a new one for over $100
Oscar is the manager that make so much promises and very good at wasting customers time
I did go to another dealer and paid this $100 and got it to work
if you have to go to that dealer make sure every thing is on good condtion do not accept stop by next week and I will take care of it yeah right

My Review of Brown's Arlington Nissan:
I purchased a Nissan Xterra '04 from this dealership back in July '04. My first problem was that it took them 2 months to get me my permanent plates.

My second problem is that once they got my old car's title from the bank they promptly lost it...and demanded a new one from me. I've been having to fill out forms for them periodically over the last 6 months, or they threaten me with legal repercussions.

My third and biggest problem is they used HIGHLY questionable sales tactics to trick me out of $1,108. Here's how they did it:

During the fincancing I noticed that the payoff for my Jeep was lower than what it ought to be. When i asked about this, the finance guy assured me that the rest was covered by the car loan. Just to clarify, I asked "So, my old Jeep, and the new Xterra will be covered by this monthly payment, yes? There's no extra charges?" He confirmed that this was true.... It was not.

Four months after I bought the truck I got a call from the Patrick Hall, the sales manager telling me that I owed them the money by the end of the month. After a fair amount of flipping out on my part they gave me 3 months, still not a lot of time to pay over $1k.

They hadn't given me any method to make these mysterious payments, or even informed me of them until 4 months after the vehicle purchase....very suspicious..

My Review of Brown's Arlington Nissan:
Please stay away from this dealer unless you like wasting hours and hours of your time. Brown's Arlington Nissan=Dishonest. The price match guarantee is not honored and customers are intimidated to the point of calling the police if they are not able to beat a price. The consumer must know that Brown's is not only being dishonest but is breaking the law when they refuse to put in writing the terms of there price match guarantee. The law states that it is punishable to $1000 per day. Don't waste your time and visit someone who is honest and will tell you the honest truth before you spend hours to not have them honor their word!
