My Review of Brown's Sterling Nissan:
Most car dealers in the National Capitol Region wanted to sell me a Nissan 370-Z Roadster "above" MSRP even after I informed them that I had no trade-in and would pay cash. Patrick Hall (Manager, Brown's Sterling Nissan) offered me a price that was well-below MSRP and close to the invoice price. I ordered a 370-Z and paid a $1,000 deposit. Once the car was delivered, John Omidpanah (salesman) picked me up from work. Together, we initially filled the tank with premium fuel on dealer's account and thoroughly road tested the car. After returning to the dealership, we both conducted a thorough overall inspection of the interior and body. John then mated my phone to the car (bluetooth) in about 30 seconds and added my home destination into the navigation system. Bottom line: The entire team at Brown's Sterling Nissan were professional and friendly.

My Review of Brown's Sterling Nissan:
Price, knowledge, great attitude....did I say price pos, trade value, and an extremely positive past experience with Patrick Hall. Just bought a new GTR from Patrick, followed-up with an XTERRA purchase, also new. In addition to price, you can't beat Patrick's integrity, which is not easy to find in this industry.

Patrick helped me when it came to financing and making sure I was able to afford the payments. He walked me through the programs that applied to me. I went with the recent graduate program. This really helps me because I can own this car by myself.

My Review of Brown's Sterling Nissan:
I just had an exceptional buying experience at Brown's Nissan in Sterling. Everyone that I worked with, and ther were many, were very customer service oriented -- in a truly professional manner, not in a patronizing way. I did not feel pressured at any point and and was impressed with how responsive everyone on the team was to my requests.

I did a lot of research on the car that I purchased and feel that I got an exceptional deal with no negotiations. I was prepared to negotiate but quickly realized that my starting point for negotiations was well above the initial offer. Even the finance rate was significantly better than I anticipated.

I used this dealer rating website in advance of my purchase to get a better idea of the dealership before my visit. I then looked up several other dealerships with which I have had personal experiences to see how well the ratings compared with my impressions of them. The ratings were spot on, and much below the 5 star ratings that Browns deservedly received.

I highly recommend this dealership and hope that the Service department is as good as the Sales department.

My Review of Brown's Sterling Nissan:
Just leased a 2009 Altima Coupe, one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Staff was excited to get me into the new vehicle and very willing to help get me out of my old vehicle. They talked to me about all different lease options and helped figure the best package for me. Gave me a full tour of the car and dealership. Everyone was friendly and not looking to take advantage of a single woman buying a new car. Beatiful car, beautiful service - couldn't be happier. If you're looking for a new vehicle definetely worth giving them your business!

I needed to help my Daughter find a car which she feels comfortable in and she can afford. After spending more than a week looking for a car, we not only found a car which matched our needs, we found a sales team that actually worked to give us the best deal. In my opinion Peter Nartey of Brown’s Sterling Nissan is the best sales person that ever served me in my 35 years of buying cars.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left Brown's Sterling Nissan it was a pleasant experience. Everyone was very professional. The entire dealership had a positive vibe. I normally hate, hate dealing with car salesman - this was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I had done my homework before shopping and I can say I got a great price on the vehicle and got everything I was promised. If you are looking for a Nissan, this is definitely the place to go.

Vince (Parts), Steve (Service) and the staff in general at this location are friendly and genuenly customer oriented. They have gone above and beyond to meet my expectations even when my car was located overseas. I will strongly recommend Brown Sterling Nissan to purchase a car, to maintain it and obtain a top notch service for a fair price. When I needed assistance with bodyshop type of service, Brown's Steling Nissan also assisted me by recommending a near by place with high standards.

Purchased a new GTR. HOT HOT HOT car! But i can honestly say that the service that Aaron and his staff provided during the entire process (from ordering the car 5 months ago, to picking it up this past weekend) has been the best experience i've had from a car dealer. i've bought brand new lexus', benz's, and others. I've bought from friends and strangers. The other dealerships i've purchased from (save for 1 benz dealership) aren't nearly as attentive or honest as this one. I'm not rich, nor do i look or carry myself that way. And i'm telling you, they treated me with the same great service both before and after i bought the car. BIG THUMBS UP!!!!! Thanks BSN!!

My Review of Brown's Sterling Nissan:
So I get this e-mail from a buddy telling me Brown's Sterling Nissan is having a special on their new 2008 SUV lineup. I wasn’t really in the market for a new vehicle but my Pathfinder was getting old and I had my eye on the Xterra ever since it was remodeled in 2005 so I decided to look into it.

I'm very particular when it comes to making purchases. I do a lot of research and take my time to ensure I’m making the right buying decision and that I’m getting the best value possible. This is especially true when buying a vehicle. At this point, I already knew the Xterra had received excellent marks and had read many reviews, which rated it at the top of its class. So I took the next step and scheduled an appointment. My buddy knows Aaron Spicer who is the GM so I got his info and contacted him directly.

When I arrived, I was greeted by Aaron who had an Xterra ready for me to test drive. Instead of just passing me over to a sales associate, Aaron thoroughly went over all the features and options of the vehicle with me. He answered my questions and offered to go with me on the test drive. The impression I generally have is that most people in upper management are so focused on how profitable their business is, that they loose touch with their customers and do not really attempt to understand their customers’ individual needs. Aaron’s attention to his customer clearly shows he understands where the focus should be.

After the test drive, we reviewed some pricing options for the SE and the Off Road versions. His pricing was surprising low which confirmed the special they advertised was true and not just a marketing gimmick. I told Aaron I needed a few days to not only decide on the version and options I would like but also on weather this was the right decision for me. Aaron completely understood my needs and did not make me feel pressured to buy immediately. Over the next few days I e-mailed Aaron with some additional questions which were answered promptly. I finally decided on the Off Road version in black. Although they did not have it in stock, they were able to find one with the options I wanted. A few days later, I went to pick up my new 2008 Xterra. The vehicle was washed and very clean. I did notice a little bit of wax left over from the protective wrap covering the inside of the door but Aaron immediately got some cleaner and wiped it off. The GM personally cleaning my new car! Needless to say, I was very impressed!

Like everyone else, I’ve had my share of unfavorable buying experiences but I can honestly say this purchase was very positive for me. The attention to the customer shown by Aaron and his staff was amazing. The price I paid was more than fair. In fact, this is the best deal I’ve ever had on a vehicle purchase! Although I know I am one of many customers who has bought an Xterra from Brown’s Sterling Nissan, I was treated to feel like I was buying an expensive Ferrari from Maranello, Italy.
