Actually, I purchased a Porsche from Capital EuroCars and I found it to be a very pleasant experience. My Sales Advisor was Mike Ludes, and he was very knowledgable, and helpful through the 2 1/2 month wait for my car to arrive. I spent approximately three hours at the dealership before my car arrived, and Mike gave me an overview of everything including a tour of the service department and a basic orientation of the features on a similar car to the one I purchased. I know I've never spent a similar amount of time on any other car purchase, and I found the time I spent on pre-delivery matters very worthwhile.

After a couple of weeks, I will again be meeting with Mike to get any follow-up questions answered. In short, I feel confidant that I could go to him at any time from now on for information I might need.

Overall, I recommend Mike and Capital EuroCars very strongly, and I'm sure I'll make another purchase in the future.

John and Wayne were both very friendly and respectful. They made the process as easy as possible and the experience was a pleasant one. They were both very knowledgeable on the vehicle and all of its features. I like the fact they took the time to ensure my wife and I were as familiar as possible with the vehicle before leaving. In addition, my wife and I were in a hurry to return to our home that was almost three hours away so John and Wayne made the strongest effort to have everything completed in a timely and efficient manner. I also got to speak with them both on a personal level and found out that they were both military veterans. I being in the military, this was very nice to have the personal connection between these two gentlemen who understand where I come from and the intricacies of my profession. I was greatly impressed by their professionalism and would absolutely recommend this dealer to anyone in the future. Best car buying experience ever.

John Zarate answered all the questions that I had regarding a new suv and what would best suit me and my family with all the needs. Very upbeat and nice guy. I recently bought a used VW Beetle from Victor Baeza and he was so helpful and polite and made sure everything was to my liking. In addition Wayne and Patrick were also very helpful with my purchase. I purchased a 2012 Jetta TDI from a VW dealership in Pensacola. There was a poorly fit headliner in the vehicle and a new headliner was sent to my local dealership for installation. I met Dustin Wheeler at that time and he was very courteous. They replaced the headliner and Dustin made sure I was satisfied with the end result before leaving. I recently took the vehicle back for the 10,000 mile servie and again was met by Dustin. He was very helpful and answered some questions that I had about the vehicle. He made me feel like he cared about my vehicle and wanted to keep me as a customer. It was nice to experience customer service the way it should be.

After several trips to Capital Eurocars and test drive of different vehicles, my wife and I finally went back to talk price about the Volvo XC60 that we had finally set our eyes on. Al Scott was very knowledgeable on the cars and did an impeccable job answering all the question that my wife and I had. After the Negotiation Tango, we shook hands on a deal that we did not want to walk away from. Great Job Al!! To finish the experience when we moved on to Patrick Williams and the final paper work. To mine and my wife's surprise Patrick has been able to get a better interest rate that what I had already worked out with my bank. Sweet!! Overall experience was Fantastic.

Al Scott met us in the parking lot where we were looking at Jetta Hybrid's considering purchase. He was friendly and helpful. He was able to talk to us about the vehicle we wanted to trade in and was able to get an approximate quote, pending actually seeing the trade-in. He was able to answer our questions fully and we will be coming back to do business with him and Capital Eurocars.
