My Review of Carbone BMW:
I took my 740il for service after a trip from Alabama. I received a call that a service truck had backed into my car. I was also told not to worry because the insurance company of truck would take care of damage, which they did.I picked up my car and signed a release thinking my car was fine,after all it was done by a BMW DEALER. (WRONG)
My car was never repaired correctly.I returned w/ my car at least 5 times.
The front of my car, hood,grill etc. was damaged. My door was painted and left w/ ridges or bumps in it. They said they never painted door, as if I did not know how my car was. I grew tired of taking it back.
Now,OCT.2009, I took my car to another bmw dealer for service,. I asked them to adjust my headlights because they gave me some kind of a shadow. I was told the radiator brace was bent, it needed body work. I call Carbone 4 days ago. I yet have to get a return call from them.
