My Review of Cerami Pontiac/GMC/Isuzu:
Easy to set up a service appointment throught their website (I can relay the problems/issues in details in writing so that I don't miss out on the details over the phone). It seems the service dept is flexible to accommodate my schedule as I need to wait in the room during the repair (instead of dropping off a car and come back later).
