My Review Of Charles Barker Infiniti:

After finding myself in quite a predicament with my previous car, I needed to find another car right away. I explained my situation to Pasquale and he immediately located several used cars in my price range. He patiently took me around to several Charles Barker stores and I test drove each car. He was quite knowledgeable on all the cars I drove. When we found the 2008 Honda Accord, I still wasn't sold. Once Pasquale explained all the features on the car, I realized I wasn't going to find anything better for that price. It also had many more new features than my old car. Pasquale's sincerity was consistent throughout the entire process. When he presented my car to his boss Gina, she gave me a very fair trade-in price. Gina gave me the price I needed to purchase the car. When I worked with Dave on the financing part, he shopped me out an excellent rate of 4.6%! I was paying 8% using my employee credit union. I couldn't believe it! These 3 people made my car nightmare a pleasant dream. I absolutely love my Honda. I am amazed at how well in handles in all types of weather conditions. I am thoroughly enjoying my navigation system and on and on and on...

My Review Of Charles Barker Infiniti:

The sales consultants at C Barker Automotive were professional and courteous, providing effective and efficient services that met my requirements for purching a new vehicle. As I shopped the internet for a vehicle, your dealership stood out from others in the area. I received an immediate response to my inquiry and was encouraged to set an appointment to further discuss what I wanted in a vehicle. On the day of my visit, I was welcomed by an associate who informed the online sales consultant of my arrival. The overall experience went well and, my vehicle was delivered in a timely, courteous manner. I am well pleased with the services provided by the sales team, and look forward to receiving quality level care from the service department.

My Review Of Charles Barker Infiniti:

This dealership seems to keep shoving useless services in my face every time I bring my vehicle in for scheduled maintenance or service. The car has 38000.0 miles on it and they keep trying to force services such as: to flush my engine and transmission does the mileage reflect this, NO! They just want MORE MONEY, that is my interpretation, not whats best for my car or me as a customer. It has taken 3 visits for them to figure out that we have a premium service agreement, although we inform them of this when dropping the car off. Yet, they continue to try to bill us or come up with additional requirements that they state are not covered with my maintenance package. For example, now they want to charge me $55.00 for an air filter that I have already paid for with the premium service package, REALLY!!!!!! I am frustrated and embarrassed the way they talk to me with all the fake attempts to "butter me up" and confuse the issues when questioned or confronted. Infiniti is suppose to provide a quality luxury service however, at this dealership, they just attempt to cloud the issues to the point of appearing to defraud its customers. I call my old dealership service rep every time I get service at Charles Barker Infinity and he apologizes for their inappropriate behavior he is embarrassed. He also guides me on what services I really need. He tells me each time "you have the premium service agreement you shouldn't need any other service". I hate going to this dealership but I have no choice this is the only dealership in the area. They need some fresh professional people at the service desk who can be fair and helpful to customers. Only one is adequate and it is not the service manager Shannon Walters. Unfortunately she is the worst among them. Did I say I hate this dealership and wish they had some competition is this area? I will not be recommending Infiniti to anyone if this is not resolved!

My Review Of Charles Barker Infiniti:

Outstanding is the best word t describe the entire transaction process. We (Judy and I) first met Carter a couple of months before the purchase of this vechile. He was very personal, knowledgeable of the product line,yet interested in us as individuals. He e-mail me after the visit as a follow up to our discussion. That is the reason we went back to Charles Barter dealership.
Parker did an outstanding job explaining the process for evaluating our trade in. He gave us all the paperwork on the trande in process. This never happen before in all of my car dealing. He also worked very closely with the financial person (David, another excellent team member) to get the best price and loan rate.
Top professional organizaton. Really enjoyed the experience.

My Review Of Charles Barker Infiniti:

Pasquale, Joe and Dave were excellent to work with. They delivered as promised and were quick to remedy any issues. The Infiniti QX56 that I purchased was a 2012 demo sitting on the showroom floor and the dealership to exquisite care of it and made sure it was in tip-top shape before being delivered to me. Pasquale spent an extraordinary amount of time with myself and my fiance going over all the details and nuances of the QX56 and everything option that it included. Overall the buying experience was excellent and I would go back to Charles Barker in a heartbeat.

My Review Of Charles Barker Infiniti:

Don Howard made our used car buying experience a real pleasure. Even though we had come to buy an Infiniti, we found a used Mercedes at the Newport News dealership. Don had the car brought over to the VA Beach store immediately so we could test drive it. Once we decided to purchase the car, Don worked tirelessly to make our purchase a positive experience....even when the DMV online registration site tried their best not to accept the registration.
