They sent me an internet Quote. I called to make sure the quote was accurate with no rebates, etc. When I got there, they stated that the price included all possible rebates (college grad, active military, loyalty, auto show coupon and World War 2 Vet !?!?! rebate) I walked out a got a very good & honest deal at PrestigeMitsubishi.com in Turnersville. No games.

I later googled Cherry Hill Triplex Lawsuit and was amazed at the number of past & pending legal problems they are involved in. Worst experience ever

I went to this dealership because my brother recomended it to me. I needed a car, I'm disabled and needed a vehicle to get back and fourth to work. They excepted my converted dodge grand caravan as a trade in. they charged me over 10,000.00 over the price the Jeep Grand Cheerokee was worth and when i didn't agree with the price or monthly payments they convinced me to sign the papers saying anyone would refinance the vehicle for me and lower the price, but that was a lie, I have tried for over a year and everone teels me that I was charged 10,000.00 too much and they will not refinance for that reason, including Wells Fargo the company that financed the vehicle. I feel so bad and so taken advantaged of. It's a 2003 jeep Grand Cheerokee and the payments are 546.82 a month and I can't afford it so now it's in danger of being reposesed. i need my vehicle and I don't know what to do. I feel like I have been taken advantaged of in the worst way. It also took them more then 3 weeks to pick up the van.. actually I don't know if they ever picked it up from gary barbera's lot, the transmission went on it. I need help and would like to join a class action suite. I wish there was a lower rating they don't even deserve a 1. Scam artist, rip-offs.

My son ended up paying $20,000 for a car that was worth (and listed on the web) for $14,000. Yes, he should have asked more questions and walked out, but he is young and inexperienced, didn't ask for any family help, and needed a car fast. The salesman told him that there were added charges!
My son thought he could trust business people. My son also thought people are basically good.
Well, he learned a lesson but had to get "robbed" in the process!

This is a rip off artist paradise. Suddenly certain items not covered by warranty due to "normal wear and tear". Center console lid hinge broke, they said not covered by warranty as it is a wearable item and I would have to pay the 117 dollars to fix it. it is a 2006 model year with only 12k mileage


I called Dodge and they handled my situation professionally, said it should have been covered no charge by warranty and I went to another dealer who fixed it no charge and promptly

In may 2006, I was told that purchasing my 2005 kia was a steal and shouldn't turn it down. On my way home the check engine light came on, tank wasn't full of gas, and vehicle wasnt shifting correctly. I brought the car back the next day but the said that it was a favor for me to even get financed and that there is nothing that they can do about the car. I requested a substitution of collateral and was denied. I put this vehicle in the shop at least 4 times. Finally I was told that they didn't know how to fix it and had to wait for the Kia specialist to come there. They gave me no estimated time frame either. As of today, My vehicle still has not been repaired and is sitting in front of my house. What a waste!

Worst mistake of my life going here!!!!! They had me sign a paper about my TRADE IN and then said i signed a contract for my new car. After deciding this car wasn't for me and i didn't like the price they gave me, i said no thank you and they said TOO LATE YOU HAVE TO BUY THIS CAR! After being cursed at by the salesman, Sylvester, i became very upset and emotional telling them i did not want this car or to deal with their business. My boyfriend then stepped in saying we just want our trade in back and to leave and a manager said he could get someone in here who "could be rough." We were told either to sign the papers or to write them a check for the total amount of the car! WE WERE INTIMIDATED, THREATENED, CURSED AT AND FORCED INTO BUYING THIS HORRIBLE USED CAR AND ARE NOW PURSUING LEGAL ACTIONS!!! DO NOT GO TO THE CHERRY HILL TRIPLEX....THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT MAKING THEIR MONEY AND NOW I HAVE TO DRIVE A CAR I HATE! :(

To much jerking around the price is constantly changing even after you think you have a deal think again ..They ask what price you would like then comeback and say ok and then before you know it as soon as you say yes they come back and say CANT DO IT..iI wanted to purchase 2 cars from them walked out with nothing but wasted time......WILL NEVER GO BACK

Well first, when I went in there to buy my car, I was fresh out of bankruptcy and I was assured by my bankruptcy lawyer that this dealership was the only one that would be able to approve me. So, I had 1000 dollars for a down payment, and was hell bent upon NOT getting a Kia, but decided that I needed something so I went with a 2005 Spectra. It was ok for the first 2 months but then the transmission started to slip, and it was banging into gear really hard. I took it in for service and they test drove it for 6 miles and told me it was fine. So I took it home and the problem continued for another 2 months. So I took it in again, and this time they needed to keep the car. I was set up in a rental, but only after fighting and fighting for it. The Triplex had my car for 124 days, and during all this time it was told to me that I needed a new transmission. I thought it was INSANE that my car had 8,000 miles on it and needed a transmission, and it took 4 months to put that in. So I contacted a lawyer and started with the whole lemon law, and they took the rental from me before my settlement check came. They called me to pick up my car, because it was magically fixed, and when I got there today to pick it up, the two front tires were bald, had belts showing, and the front end was all out of alignment. I got pulled over after driving 2 miles off the lot, and was told that my tires were unsafe. I took the car back and refused to take it and they told me to contact KIA because it wasn't their problem anymore. I am so fed up with this dealership, they don't care about customer service or customer satisfaction and I would NEVER recommend anyone go there. KIA's are peices of CRAP! And also to let you know the Lemon Law is bull also, you won't get a full refund, you won't get all your down payment back, and tax and tags, forget about it. I had to make my car payment while I was driving the rental, I even still have to make it even though I have no vehicle. I will NEVER recommend the triplex, or ever go back there again.

I knew most likely I would be turned down so I'm not upset about that. I'm upset about the way the salesman ( Kenny Roberts ) explained it. He told me they could possibly help me at another time but my score was too low and he didn't have time to help me when there another people waiting that could have better scores. He said it was the end of the month, he had quotas to fill, and they needed to turn over as many cars as possible.
Before I had my coat back on he shook my hand, walked away and moved on to the next customer and I'm just sitting there looking and feeling like a loser. He didn't even walk me to the door. I left around 4:15pm without a warm and fuzzy feeling to say the least.

THIS DEALEASHIP IS A GIANT, MAMMOTH, BEHEMOTH FRAUD!!!!! After our years in our 20's, being young, dumb and wrecking our credit, my husband and I were in need of a car and, after having a problem securing financing, I suggested we try the Triplex based on it's "89 and you'll be fine" promo. WHAT A JOOOOOKE!!!!!!!! They got us in there, showed us a cars, we chose one, then we went inside to set up the financing, etc. Well, they ask us how much down - we say, at the most, $500.00, and a monthly payment of $89.00 (LIKE THE BRAZEN TV COMMERCIAL SAYS!!!) Well, the guy comes back, though the tv ad says the first 89 or 100 ( it changes from week to week) people who call are GUARANTEED APPROVAL, and tells us because of our credit situation, we have to be willing to pay AT LEAST $500 A MONTH for a car! UNREAL! BUT, we were even willing to do that at an interest rate of OVER 20 percent!! Since we were in dire straits and our credit was poor and we figured on this being the case elsewhere, coupled with the fact that the ad said we'd DEFINITELY be approved,we said, okay...I mean, at least the car was new, so it would be worth it and not break down on us, right? Well, the salesman comes back and tells us because of our credit, he can't help us for such a small downpayment. He told us to come back with 3 or 4 THOUSAND dollars AT LEAST!, and they'd then be able to help us. If ANYONE want's to start a class action suit for false advertisement, LET ME KNOW and I WILL join it, because these people MUST be stopped! NOW, their ads say "Lie, lie, lie-of-the-week "ONCE WE MAKE A DEAL"...WHAT does THAT mean!?!?!?!? WE made a deal and THEY went back on it at the table. NEVER EVER EVER GO TO THE CHERRY HILL TRIPLEX on ROUTE 70 in CHERR HILL NEW JERSEY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!
