Before going to Fiat and working with Rod, there was no way in the WORLD I was going to buy a new car. I usually drive cars until they rust out from underneath me and only buy them when they are past prime. Rod was wonderfully helpful, explained everything, and really helped me come to the best decision I could have made...and new Fiat! I also appreciated him for selling the car to me, not my boyfriend. We went to other dealerships where they would focus their selling on my boyfriend even after being told repeatedly that I was the one buying the car. Rod was nice to my boyfriend, but actually talked to me. Can't say enough about Rod and the team there. Thanks for a great experience!

Wow! What a great experience. Rod Heskee was friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure my experience was a positive one. Rod was there to answer any questions I had and kept in touch with me without being pushy or overbearing. I am so happy with my purchase! Thank you, Rod! People comment on my car wherever I go. I was contacted by Criswell Fiat in response to the application form I filled out with Costco Auto Buying program. Apparently Criswell is a Costco approved dealer that services DC area. Costco promised a clear and up-front pricing that is a win win for all parties. Shortly after I have submitted my application I got an email from Arnold Garcia , who I suppose is a Costco liaison at Criswell. He gave me a quote in that first email that immediately sold me on benefits of Costco Auto Program and their relationship with Criswell Fiat. Prior to filling out Costco application I visited Fiat of Alexandria, and while I was impressed with their sales people and their demeanor, I felt that I will have hard time getting a good deal on Fiat there. The price quote from Arnold was at the level I did not even think I could have possibly achieved even after hours of haggling (at least based on my prior car buying experiences). Visit to Criswell went very smooth, and even though I came in very late, almost around their closing time, no one made me feel rushed or pressed to to buy a vehicle. Arnold is just super friendly guy and very eager to answer all of your questions and explain anything that might need to be explained. His sales manager Giles was very patient and willing to explain to me differences between leasing and taking out a loan and all sorts of different terms of those transactions and how they would affect my bottom line and what approach would be more financially advantageous to me. Overall - great team of professionals delivering great service to their customers. I truly hope that my positive experience is not unique and that the dealership will maintain its high level of service.

Rod Heskee is a great salesperson. When we went to the FIAT dealer at Gaithersburg that night, we just wanted to make a driving test and get a quote. To tell the truth, we went to a MINI dealer first and we originally planned to buy a new car in the following weekend. But Rod's friendly and professional attitude made us decide to choose FIAT. We thanked every employee who worked till very late that night. Without their hard working, we could not drive our new FIAT 500 back home that night :) We like our FIAT 500 very much. We recommend Rod and Criswell Fiat!

I first spoke with Rod Heske after shopping at a competing dealer. He went out of his way to assure he not only had the lowest price but would go above and beyond to earn our business. Rod followed up with me periodically but without being pushy. The other dealers (3) I shopped only one had a comparable price ( but they had to order the car ). In the end the other dealers either low balled me, told me they had the car I wanted then took my deposit, ran my credit and got financing approved then called me back and said "oops that car was sold" we can order you one, or the third dealers price was $1500 dollars higher. They all told me Criswell couldn't sell me the Fiat 500C for the price quoted.
Rod kept his word and sold me the car for the lowest price but also gave me the spare tire for free.
The car was spotless when I arrived to pick it up. Rod explained all the operating systems, synced our iPhones with the blue tooth and delivered 100% on his word. In these times it's hard to find an honest, caring professional. That's how I describe Rod Heiske. I recommend Rod and Criswell Fiat.

Steve Schulman was very knowledgable about the Fiats. He explained everything in great detail and took the time to answer all my questions. We came to terms of the agreement in a timely manner, and he was able to work around my schedule. He was very friendly, courteous-a true professional!

I have not yet brought my car in for service. I am enjoying it greatly and have received many compliments from total strangers!

My husband and I were looking for an economical car that we could use for our long commute. We had not yet made up our minds on whether we would buy a new car or used car. We decided to go look at a Fiat. When we arrived, Nelson showed us the different models and was very good at explaining the differences between them so that we could choose one that best suited our needs. After taking two cars on a test drive, we decided that we had to get one! Nelson and the staff at Criswell Fiat made the car buying process an easy one. We ended up financing the car through the Fiat dealership. Once all the paperwork was completed, Nelson took the time to show us all of the features on our new Fiat 500 Sport and went as far as setting up our cell phones to use through the Blue and Me system!
