My Review of Crossroads Nissan of Hickory:
I was completely satisfied with the experience I had at Nissan. Any questions I had were already answered by the sales people. Everything that was said about the car was very descriptive. I was especially pleased with the friendliness and the patience of the staff while I was figuring out what was best for me. I never felt rushed and like to think hard about something before fully committing. That part was given to me and I think thats a huge plus in my book.

My Review of Crossroads Nissan of Hickory:
I was very impressed with Wesley Starnes. He was extremely polite and helped me with information I needed in order to make a decision about purchasing a new car. He stayed much later than the company is normally open the evening we purchased to give my husband time to get there. I was unimpressed and annoyed with the top manager who made the final price decision. Even though we were sitting only several feet away he made no attempt to even make eye contact with us. He did not step over to meet us. He did not thank us for making a purchase from his dealership. I feel sorry for the salesmen and other employees who have to deal with him on a daily basis. He is "odd man out" at an otherwise extremely polite and helpful car dealership.
