My Review of Crown MINI of Richmond:
My buying experience through Crown Mini was absolutely flawless and an all around enjoyable experience. This being my first new car purchase I fully expected to meet overly aggressive salespeople with devious sale tactics leading me to purchase a car that I might not really want. What I found at Crown Mini was a friendly group of people working as a team to help me get the exact car I wanted. My MA, Teresa Gooch, was a pleasure to work with. During the weeks I waited for my order to come in she was always available to answer my questions (and very quickly I might add!). I felt completely at ease with her and enjoyed working with her very much. The financing department gets a thumbs up from me also. They offered a lower rate then I had obtained elsewhere. This made purchasing effortless since everything was taken care of all at once. As for the dealership itself - it was perfect! The showroom, waiting area and service area were all spotless and impressive. They covered everything regarding comfort including a flat screen tv in the restroom! I can't rave enough about this dealership and its staff. For anyone in the market for a Mini I highly recommend Crown Mini of Richmond.
