My Review of DEL Toyota:
I understand that most dealers will tell you what they think you want to hear. But unfortunately for Del Toyota, I don't stand for being directly lied to multiple times.

I called them twice and asked flat out about the milage of the brand new car I was purchasing and what they told me was all a farce. Then when it came to signing the papers (and me noticing the correct information on the forms) they sat there and tried to deny that they ever told me different.

Funny, the mileage isn't a deal-breaker. But being lied to repeatedly is. I'll take my business to a dealer who won't insult my intelligence.

My Review of DEL Toyota:
I bought a used landrover not even 2 weeks later the head gaskets were shot plus oil leaking out everywhere. About 5 grand worth of stuff the garage I took it to verified this was all a previous condition that was all ready there when I purchased it when I spoke to the gm he basically laughed and said that's what happens when you buy a cheap car I I asked didn't they do any kind of safety check on their cars he said we don't even look under the hood we get cars and just put them on the lot I've never had such a horrible experience and would worn people never to go to dell toyota in thorndale pa

My internet sales rep misquoted the functionality of the car we purchased and his mistake will cost us $600 to get what we wanted. He is just another example why car saleman are the lowest forms of life. Toyota reputation is hurt buy dealerships like Del.

My Review of DEL Toyota:
We went there to test drive a Camry and look for a good deal to buy or lease a new one. The old gentleman was a little pushy for a CE model which we had no interest buying. We wanted to LE and it took a while to convince him that we weren't going to buy a CE (which is the bare minimum of a Camry). He was also very restrictive in terms of where we can go with the car during test drive, he let us us drive just one block around the dealership. He knew that we did our research and looked up invoice prices and national marketing value of the car, he was still asking for, pushing for their sale price, which was far above MSRP. We left the dealership without buying anything. I called him again two days later to see if they had another model on the lot, he was giving me all these salesman tricks about "they only have one car on the lot, it just came, may not be there long, very popular car, etc". The price he gave me was far beyond MSRP. He must think all customers are idiots. I told him that his prices were inflated and that I'd never visit his store again.

My Review of DEL Toyota:
multiple problems with a used car: didn't run correctly, worked on 4 times and still doesn't work, bent rims on car when sold to me, emergency brake froze up when purchased, warranty sold to me and paid for was 3/36K with $50 deduct. recieved 2/24K with a $100 deduct.
I am tired of the hassel and will never buy from them again.
